Love the brand since an old friend showed me ,,,RIP Felipe, died in a moto accident. 1985 was in Ancona Italy had some money when saw this Ferrari watch In a way was my first luxury watch, it cost me U$ 900. Was living up the hill near Carmel USA, riding my bike and the road was wet lost control . Got up and was fine so as the bike, not the watch it was gone. Was in St Tropez 86 when I saw in his wrist when back an the States in NY doing some work , I'm from Brazil and was a model. Very lucky because out of nowhere this lady who had an agency saw me and offer me the job. When I got payed first thing I did was buy a brand new Breitling Chronomat with a leather bracelet. 6 years later was robed and lost my dear watch. Today I have a Colt and a Tabarly, being a surfer and sailor. Now having an Omega 46 from my grandfather will sell and buy a Chronomat GMT 40 and that is it. I'm not a collector i buy to wear .
