@@zephyrus3554 most open bodybuilders by the looks of it makes me feel that they have stopped training specifically abs. Nick on the other hand looks like he has proper routine for his abs.
Walker’s mid section is actually what makes him standout in his front shots for me, it’s the center of your physique and having it ripped and prominent like that really is a breathe of fresh air, i hope he keeps that mid section controlled because if he does, he’s a real problem!
I was thinking the same thing. His ab definition is insane compared to the rest of the guys on stage. It really makes him stand out.

His back is WAY better also
Nick’s midsection really pulls his physique together, most guys that are that heavily muscled have big belly’s or blocky waists but this guy has concrete bricks for abs! Plus his legs are up to par with his crazy upper body which is also rare
It doesn't matter whether Nick wins or not, he taught one thing, never underestimate the power of self belief.

The amount of detail in Nick's back is undeniable, I dont see how he doesn't win when the guy who he is up against has a weak lower back
If Nick doesn't win there is some seriously suspicious judging going on.
His back double honestly gives me similar vibes to phil heath and ronnie. Very few have achieved that glute + hamstring look and how it ties in with a rediculously huge, proportionate, and detailed back. Maybe I'm alone on this but it reminds me of them
I think Kuclo lacks the seperation to compete with Nick. This isn't even close

His quads, too...veins running across the inner quad...clear, full separation at the rectus femoris...he really nailed the conditioning.
From the back he just looked insane. I couldn't believe how every single tie in was visible from top to bottom. I mean there's levels of peeled, but his condition really makes you go "wow"

Nick somehow defied all expectations, and 100% lived up to the hype. He actually did what he claimed he would. Looking at him on this stage, surrounded by other top tier guys, I truly believe he will be mr Olympia someday

I've been saying the same thing. I thought the only real person who would contend with him was bonac and even then I picked nick to win this was wayyy back and alot of ppl thought I was crazy.

I cannot bring myself to like his legs. They are thick up, but they get narrower towards the knees (he does not have a good quad sweep), finally leading into mediocre calves. It just does not look aesthetic or symmetric to me.

I'm not saying it's at the same level, but Nick's showing here definitely gave me some Phil 2011 Mr. O vibes just in the sense that he came in looking so undeniable and 3D. This man has future Mr. Olympia written all over him.

Really happy for Justin Rodriguez being in that top call out. He has been steadily improving over the last 1-2 years and I feel like he has been getting a bit overlooked at times (no major robberies or anything, just overlooked).
I had hoped to see Sergio in the mix too but that unfortunately did not pan out.
Iain was where I expected him to land, somewhere in the top callout but unable to challenge for the title unless everyone comes in off but him. His back poses are just too flawed.

What surprised me the most regarding NW besides his obvious conditioning is the control of his posing. He has a maturity to his muscle tissue that is years ahead of his aged biology. On top of that when he hits a pose it’s solid..no shaking where others are constantly moving. This is a man who practiced his mandatories exhaustively. Super controlled, super detailed this is his best to date- he closed the door on the others in the Arnold.

Agree to disagree. Nick has better arms, better conditioning and separation through the abs and quads. Far more detailed in the ab and thigh and most muscular. Only poses i’d give to steve are side chest and front lat spread. Everything else goes to Nick.
Steve is 3rd maybe 4th from the front.. Steve just didn’t look good, soft, no detail anywhere. Iain should have been next to nick..
how is Steve better from front? he has 0 mid section. and his lats spread is so weak. I am not really fan of Nick body structure but he is hands down, miles ahead
