- Hello and welcome to Fat Guy Flies Rc! Today I am featuring the unbox and build of the Arrows hobby Trekker 1200mm Ready to fly. I purchased this plane from Hobby Zone . Arrows is their in house brand similar to E Flite being Horizon Hobby's in house brand. The planes was packed great and went together very well. I did have to fiddle with getting one of the securing screws for the fuse to secure but nothing that anyone could not have accomplished.

Looks like it could be a winner. Looking forward to the radio setup and maiden flight video(s).
Personally though, I'd be more interested if it were more STOL - flaps, bigger wheels and tail dragger. [I don't think it is a scale model because I could only find a Trekker chopper.]
No I believe Arrows designed it for RC with new pilots in mind.
Metal screw and metal insert equals = Use Red or Blue LocTite
Lock tite is ok as long as it does not touch the foam
I can’t get the two fuselage screws, any advice? Glue it…?
It is very tight, Keep rocking it back and forth. Once you get one then use that one to pivot the other into place. Or just epoxy the t halves together both work.
@@FatGuyFliesRC I got it, I slightly reemed the clearance holes a little larger and screwed together perfectly. Took an hour or so but, got her together. Can’t wait to fly her, maybe this weekend.
