Great choice. Sebastian's vocals slay. You're right about "Quicksand Jesus", "Wasted Time", and "In A Darkened Room" being just a phenomenal collection for one album. I think those are the band's three best tracks, but the overall album was more uneven than the previous album. "I Remember You", "18 and Life", and "Youth Gone Wild" are the big ones from that debut, but the album overall is extremely solid front to back.

Honestly, next up should be “Slave TTG” but immediately after do Skid Row’s (official video) cover of Jimmy Hendrix, “Little Wing”. It’s straight fire. You’re both going to love it!

This is my all time favourite song by the band. Sebastian has one of the best voices and their guitar solos are always top notch. They're still not my favourite band though. You need to listen to Iron Maiden, Wasted Years, and some Judas Priest songs like Heavy Duty, or Lita Ford's Close My Eyes Forever duet with Ozzy. That's just the beginning of a very long list of awesome metal tunes.

It’s a shame, it’s rare you get such great musical chemistry. Also that kiss thing was a excuse. Period! And Rachel couldn’t stand Sebastian from the get go.
This band has always gotten a bad rap. They had their problems as a band other artists didn't like him he is very opinionated and cocky but that is his personality . I like the guy. Egos and clashes of personality have been the demise of lots of bands.
@A Jerk and a Jerk - Just for your information... They kicked Bach out of the band because he was a drunkn ahole, and because he never, NEVER could sing these songs LIVE... He´s great in the studio, but he´s a below average on concerts (but to be fair: This songs are REALLY DIFFICULT to sing).
Skid rows new singer is pretty sick. I love sabastian but his voice is completely destroyed now. The new skid row singer kills all their music. It's the closest we can get to hearing skid row and how they sounded in the 1980s.
I was just thinking about this, what if a bunch of older bands got newer singers that sound very similar to their old singer (kinda like Skid Row now, although ZP is not young). The rest of the band doesn't usually decline as much as a singer so they could basically be as good as they were in their youth if they do that.

Quicksand Jesus is my favorite, I get chills every time I hear it. They have so many great songs, it’s really hard to pick though. You should check out “I Remember You” live at Wembley Stadium, it’s a great performance 🙂

The writers of these songs are quite intellectual. 200iq songs. Read the lyrics. They speak of things that can't be spoken about, outside perfect poetry. Especially in a darkened room. You get suicided for talking about that now. One of the biggest issues in these industries (I speak from personal experience), is they have quite an appetite for children.
