Aim54 almost never hit their targets, 16G at mach 4 is worse than an aim9b, if you die to an f14 it was most likely a sparrow

Yep, makes me pretty salty that my Shimakaze clip two weeks back didn't make it considering a torpedo salvo ended up taking out 7 heavy cruisers within a 15 second window after they spent 5 minutes traveling to the choke point.
@@SPFLDAngler how is that thundershow worthy tho, for getting lucky, if you do the exact same thing over and over again it will probably happen eventually, i remember when this show showcased skillful plays.

Tactic to get on thunder show:
Land aircraft on tank map, bully ground targest, capture point.

Q: Will wing vapor effects be added to jets? Since nobody understands, i mean when a plane pulls a high aoa smoke will come ON the wing nnot the wing tips.
Cool, but it might be too much for some people's PCs. Adding it just for the high end audience might be too much work.

@@texasjoe354 war thunder is pretty easy to run at low settings for most pcs. even if they do add vapour i think lower end pcs will still be able to handle it

For people complaining about phoenixes, people need to learn how to actually dodge them DCS style. With notching and going cold
Going “cold” means facing away from.. that won’t work on PD. But you probably meant turning off burner, which also doesn’t do anything to PD.

Because WT maps are stupid and most fights are within 5km it doesn't really work.
In DCS as example you shoot your missile and then turn away to bleed out its energy. But those engagements are usually 20-30KM in distance

@@nathanielwelton3133 they're only weak against low altitude players, most of the 5 kills in the video were very high altitude, where you can't turn as quickly and they reach a much higher top speed

I literally cant because im too busy hugging the ground and trying to avoid the 15+ phoenix's coming at me. The fact you put that clip in alone makes me angry.
That's one of my biggest gripes with top tier.
I used to love flying high, going fast, being in the sky. But ever since the F14 came out with it's phoenix rtb spam, im forced to hug the floor and do this stupid dance at the start where everyone flies left. It's soul crushing.
I had a clip from back in the day when I did a strafe run and flew thru a cargo loader on a train map. I never could figure out how to submit it back in the day.

When will war thunder add more game mode variety? Using aircraft in the same mode can limit what you can mess around with. It be nice to see more stuff to queue into with an f14 or a reserve plane.

Hey Gaijin/War Thunder, I was wondering when the F-111C Aardvark would be added in, and where would it be placed under the F-105D 'Thunderchief'? Also, how do the AIM-7C Sparrows work with the F3H-2 'Demon'?
The Aim-7C and all the Aim-7 missiles work with SARH (Semi Active Radar Homing) you need a radar lock, launch the missile and keep the radar lock until the missile connects
And also you need to wait for the lock to be double circled so that will be the strongest lock possible

This is bs, I sent u guys a 28 kill game (with a 17 kill streak) and an epic game finale.
We were down to 100 tickets vs 100 tickets (Battle gamemode) and I get a last second lucky kill to win the game.
I'm very sad that I didn't make it (I was on an M16 MGMC and a StuG III was chasing me and I got the kill on a plane that crash landed)
They seem to choose the players not according to thier clip no just because they are premuim and pay alot i once sent a clip of 22 air kills without having my plane scratched but nope

Technically that's not true, the Tornado IDS Kormorans are fox 3 active radar missiles

Fact is , Kormoran is an AtS/AtG missile , the only FOX-3 in the game is the Phoenix, for 5 consecutive major updates !
