Thanks so much for the video. This was super easy to understand for a beginner. I'd love to see one on Clean and Jerks. Im still figuring out the difference between a press and a jerk.
@@sammoore9184a jerk doesn't always land in a 'lunge' position. There is a Push Jerk, where you feet start underneath your hips, then jump and land in a partial Squat with feet at shoulder width. A Split Jerk lands in a Lunge stance.
Hi Ben, the first was a high hang power snatch right? Hang could be low as well. I thought high hang was below the hip and above the knee. Keep up the good work! I think snatching is the hardest to do comparing it with the clean and jerk.
