I think that the “one guy” represents fame. As a group each member must create their individual relationship with what that means, but to an outsider it could be seen as a shared experience. As far as the title of the song and visual concept, I think it is a statement on what it means to be part of something that is greater than and yet very reliant on the individual parts.
