Hi TMac! Killarney was wonderful, it was a beautiful resort area but they are miles from anything. There wasn't a road to the area until 1960's! I'm so glad we stayed a few days.
We were at Croker last weekend and will be going to bears drop for the labour day weekend Hope you got to fish in bear drop Some Of the best fishing on the north channel. Thanks for your video and glad you enjoyed our little slice of heaven called the north channel
I was just up in Charlevoix last week. Beautiful town on the lake. If you stop there don’t be afraid to travel into Lake Charlevoix for fishing and swimming. It’s an absolute jewel. Also, the food at Marek’s is very good. It’s right on the main street across from the harbor. Enjoy!
Thank you for watching! Charlevioux is a great town! We were planning to anchor in the lake on our first night, but a spot opened at the marina. We have been waiting on weather since then, but it is a great place to wait!
I am surprised you didn’t stay at Baie Fine or the Pool it’s such a great place. I worked on Badgely island for 3 years and lived in Killarney while working. There is so many great spots up there to enjoy.
Killarney looked like a fabulous place to stop for a couple of days. Really nice marinas there. That was a really nice view from the head porthole.

We really enjoyed Croker! Unfortunately, Chris did not fish in Bear Drop. We loved all our anchorages, the area was stunning!
