Ok it's CCTV, they do nothing small, plus it's one of the most important festivals in the Lunar New Year, the autumn festival, along with the Chinese New Year in around February and the Dragon boat festival in June, during Autumn festival you also eat Moon cakes made of red bean paste. The production is outside, and the Lunar moths are Holograms projected from drones. My wife is Chinese so I am submerged in the Chinese culture. Sa Ding Ding is a revolutionary in her own right. She got in a lot of trouble in China for making pro Tibet songs on her first album.. i was living in China at that time and really fell in love with her music. Her first album is amazing. The song "Alive" was the one that got her in trouble. She made a Chinese and Tibetan Sanskrit version. Here is the Chinese version : ua-cam.com/video/x0HWGs7_Yps/v-deo.html
As someone who makes conscious hiphop you may appreciate that song on a deeper level even though you can't understand Chinese. The song is pro Tibet which is basically an enslaved ethnic group in China.
This song is by Sa Dingding, it's her composition and she singing in original version.
Zou Shen don't has higher boice than Sa Dingding, maybe timbre of his voice is lighter than her, but in original version Sa Dingding singing these highest notes. To be correct, Sa Dingding has bigger vocal range than Zou Shen, because she can sing also lower notes than Zou Shen.
Sa Dingding is folk artist (or was, because now she singing only to soundtracks...), can you react something from her discography? Please react to song "Alive (sanskrit version)", on UA-cam it's as "Alive (sanskrit mantra)", official music video, amazing song, I love this one so much.

It's sad to see everyone keep pointing to zhou shen, Sa Dingding voice is also heavenly and her high notes is crazy, I think she's trying to balance her voice and zhou shen's voice that's why she lower her voice range, if she'd not, than we will only hear her voice 😌🙂
