I think Dimash started his music career earlier than Zhou Shen, so technically he came first. Zhou Shen entered the music industry in 2014, but wasn't well known even inside China until late 2019, when his career really started taking off.
For pure vocal range, Dimash probably has the wider range, especially when it comes to the lower registers. Zhou Shen describes himself as a "sort of" counter-tenor, in that his high pitch is natural born and not actually due to training or technique. His formal training was in male tenor, but he doesn't sing in that register much.
Sa Dingding is an established singer and songwriter. This song "Upwards to the Moon" is one of her most popular works, and the theme song of the drama "Ashes of Love". She's part mongolian and sings in the traditional/ethnic style, which makes her voice extremely recognizable.

Dimash started his career at age of 22, 2017 I am singer . He did participate many professional singing competition as a student, but not comercial that time. So technically Zhou Shen came first.

Firstly, pronounce Zhou like Joe. The lady is Sa DingDing who's a celebrated vocalist in China. The video, ua-cam.com/video/XHedu3KcPP0/v-deo.html is a song Dalabengba he sang in a competition that demonstrates his ability to switch voices (yes, voices) and the ease to cover almost the entire keyboard range.
Sa Dinding composed this song and is a wonderful singer. Zhou Shen is unique and an amazing singer with the most beautiful, angelic voice. He has perfect pitch and, while he usually sings in his high register he has a wide, powerful vocal range. He’s not very tall but he commands a stage and is a big star in China. He is humble, respectful, kind and funny - a beautiful personality. He sings in a few languages,eg, obviously, Chinese plus English, Japanese and Russian. To tell you a bit of his background. He got bullied when he was young just because his voice didn't change when puberty came but that was not his choice and people called him names..... because of that he didn't sing in front of people for a long time and he even tried to tone down his voice when he speaks. It takes a long time for him to accept his own voice again and gets where he is now.
He has studied Dentistry in Ukraine when he was young but because of the language barriers, he changes to studied Classical music there instead. His goal is to combine Classical and Pop music together to introduce to those who didn't know what Classical music is. His vocal range is very wide and his breath control is very good. He is a polite, funny, and humble guy. He can sing at least over 12 different languages. He can even sing 6 different voices in one song. His music has so many different genres.
If you are willing to dig into his performances, you will be amazed by his talents. A lot of music can heal people's bodies but not many can heal people,'s, souls. Zhou Shen's music is one of them that can heal your soul. Thank you again for reacting to Zhou Shen's performance.

Zhou Shen does not have a crazy register like Dimash, it is merely naturally high set. What is great about his voice is the softness of tone and (in other performances) ethereal quality that gives an otherworldly feel. Sa Dingding wrote and sang the song for a drama, Ashes of Love. For the festival, she requested him to partner with her for this show. It was suppose to be a surprise for the show, but people could hear them during rehearsals prior to the show. He is so talented that he has a wide collection of songs under his belt for animated and tv dramas OST’s. He started on tv in competition shows and he has become one of the biggest stars in China. Check him out on UA-cam, he was on the Voice of China, which was his first competition. He was on Singer 2020, which was a competition show in china. His song Dalabengba, will confuse the pants off you as he sings in 8 different ‘voices’, telling the story of a princess who got captured and the father, the King, looking for someone to save her. You have various voices: narrator, the princess, the knight who saves her, the dragon just to name a few. Look up the lyrics to the song. The song came from a video game, and Zhou Shen tried many times to get the rights to sing this song and finally got the writer of the song to give approval. I think the original song was all animated voices, not song by a human. I first searched on UA-cam for his OST song for the drama called, The Long Ballad. I love Chinese dramas as their music are so beautiful.

The original singer of this song is "Sa Dingding" herself, and she also composed the music! This should be the first time she invited "Zhou Shen" to play on the same stage!
Zhou Shen one of best Angelic voices I've ever heard from anyone he even out does some females with his regular voice but when he hits those falsettos its insane and i don't think hes found his limit yet I've heard him hit a D6 out of nowhere. I'm betting he can get higher if he wanted to. That man is awesome! and when he uses Bel Conto its even better, operatic pop :D I SAY YOU DO MORE REACTIONS to our Dear Zhou Shen!!
One of the best parts of his voice is that when Zhou Shen hits those high notes,
he is able to mix in a little of his 'natural' voice to add a bit of warmth and round the edges of those notes.
He already had one of the best unique Vocal Timbre out there but when you throw in his incredible vocal control, technical knowledge, consistent training (Dude trains his voice nearly 8 hrs a day on average) & overall professionalism...
If he were to have more representative works or songs that he could make his own, he could run for GOAT

Zhou Shen is not famous for high notes as there are also singers who can sing very high notes, but Zhou Shen is famous for his crystal angelic voice. You should listen to his 'Memory' by the cats, he brought it to another level. Also Zhou Shen brought the song 'Dalabengba' to another level which he played 5 characters and 6 voices, changing them almost instantly.

Sa Dingding is a great singer as well as the composer and singer of this song. Zhou Shen only cooperated with Sa Dingding in the Mid-Autumn Festival Gala. Personally, Sa Dingding is better to sing solo. You can listen to the solo version of Sa Dingding.

I don't know why people always talk about Dimash when they react to Zhou Shen...There's nothing to compare...Dimash has the high notes but Shen Shen has the angelic thing.

The difference between Zhou Shen and Dimash is Dimash can sing the way he does through training since he was 5. Zhou Shen sings the way he does because when he went through puberty it didn’t effect his vocal cords. No he can’t sing real low his natural voice is on the higher side. They are both my favorites along with Hua Chen yucheck him out if you haven’t. BTW all three were on the show The Singer. Dimash 2017 he came in second on.h because at the time it was against their rules for a foreigner to

I know I'm extremely late but......The woman, Sa Ding Ding, is the original artist who sings the OST to "Ashes Of Love" which happens to be my favorite Chinese drama!!! And along with Charlie Zhou Shen, well come on now, amazing duet. sigh.... BTW you should see some of the incredible production of this drama. smh Hint: the lyrics are part of the drama plot. Sa Ding Ding was also given a Support Role on the drama and got her inspiration from the incredible plotline.
