Just had to chime in. Mostly love it because it works. Stupid expensive, limited adaptability (ie, no side port option available, hence we have to feed the wire into the camper each set-up location), stuck with them and whatever terms they give us. That said, if we want internet while out, we can camp almost anywhere now whereas before we were limited by cell tower range or full campgrounds with wifi. We live in the west and rarely go East so we don't deal with trees or other obstructions which I hear can be a issue. Also, sometimes we get "throttled" in speed, but we are on the RV package which is lower priority.

I have 2 camping buddies that both have star link and are happy with it. I might get it if the price comes down a bit
Wouldn't be whout it, we frequently boondock where there is no cell signal.
