Like his shadow boxing here for example. There’s no real life coming out of it. I don’t know if it’s him who chooses to not really show more skills; he doesn’t like showing his skills when he’s being watched which doesn’t make sense because the whole world watches when he fights. I’m just studying/observing the shadow boxing of several different boxer/fighters right now. So far I’ve watched, GGG’s, Loma’s, Teo’s, Khan’s, and now Crawford’s. I’m 40 looking to take the challenge now to see how fast I can reach pro level.
He has a bunch of different levels to his boxing this is just rhythm and combo stamina exercise. Can’t really counter punch and fight off the back foot in shadow boxing lol, which is his specialty. Watch his pad work and heavy bag videos for the good shit
This is just flowing/muscle instinct training. It is the best way to shadowbox long term. You can shadowbox with this intensity many times a day, for long duration without getting overtrained. Hence you can get a shit ton of workout volume in if you keep it chill. It is about just going through the motions, repetition after repetition.. You can go hard/intense at your bagwork...
