@@fitlifestylebiggainz read a bruce lee book.. look at Nick diaz.. or even chocolatito gonzalez.. they never throw exact at the target and change with the forarm to get a eye.. a cut..its hard to see even unteachable..

Why fuck up your hands before your fight. You must never have boxed before or owned a heavy bag.
Matias G the science behind this method of heavy bag work is to train your mind and body to keep throwing punches at different speeds so that in the fight when you constantly exchange punches you will be used to it.

@@thegr8austin970 I definitely liked your take on this alot. The way I see it, a heavy bag is a good tool to help you practice occasional hard, sharp/clean body shots. In between one can throw relaxed punches to help set up the next hard shot. Being relaxed is important so if he goes hard and throws every shot with power then I think this can be counter productive as bags don't hit back
