I dont recommend plugging in other battery packs into the machine because the electronics can only go up to 10v 10.5 you blow your LED. Also Alkaline batteries won’t fit as they are bloated. Only use the 9v batteries found on my website next to the machine. Awesome review thanks!
real talk. i thought this will be the replacement of heavy coil machine. i bought mp5 last month. i want to sell it now. unlike other tattoo machine. rotary direct drive rotary stikes force from center to outer, full force up and down with consistent power. coil machine is the electromagnetic full force downward from armature bar that electromagnetized to coil copper wire. this full magnetic drive very crazy idea 5 magnet. pushing same pole. 2 magnet on top and 2 on bottom and one magnet in the center. the force coming from side to center. imagine two strong upper and lower magnet pushing the force towards center instead from center towards outer. weirdest and strangest tattoo machine ever.
Bro this machine is amazing, but it only works great with cartridges that have a soft membrane. If the membrane is stiff the magnets will have a short stroke.
