Acura Integra Type R Model Car Full Build Step By Step (Revell)

- Revell had stopped producing this Acura Integra Type R kit long time ago(unfortunately) so the best place to find it is on eBay. However, if you are a Honda fan then I would recommend this Honda Civic Si coupe by Revell: amzn.to/3to5mHD It also comes with the B Series VTEC engine details, and the build process is very similar to the Integra Type R. I will be building that Civic very soon. Anyway, please enjoy the video and I hope I have inspired you to start building scale model cars today.

@@shadowslayer0420 GPS, kills switches.. and a text alarm for when the car is getting messed with.
@@shadowslayer0420 my s2000 was robbed and they managed to strip the entire car in 2 days. i had a big as turbo in it and the i spent so much on it. thank god i got like 200k after i sued them so i bought another s2000 lol. this time i have gps on and kill switch and instead of a soft top i have a hard top and a removable steering wheel

Yes, I love the Integra Type-R.
I have a '98 spec Integra Type R and may or may not spend a lot of time fixing things under the hood... i can confirm the engine bay is perfectly identical. Jun's done it again!

How I hate 25 scale! Superb details, great build. And not too much cars to place along with this on the shelf! If it was 24 scale, I'd buy revell Integra immediately, because level of details is great.
I believe fujimi does a 1/24 scale but no engine in it. I find the Revell version is a little thick with the plastic and so the body ends up feeling a little more toy and less model.
Fugimi body side shapes all wrong.

Great build. Funny that you chose this right now. I'm currently stripping this same model. I started it over 10 years ago, and I found it going through some old kits. Back then I thought it was a good idea to paint it baby blue. Hopefully I still have all the parts.

I got a Revell Integra type r for Christmas from my girlfriend. I love my Ls integra (hence why she got me the revell) and i wish i had the artistic ability to do this with mine. Props to you man. This is utterly beautiful.
i like the "i will build a stock integra" then put in the car a lot of extra parts from other vehicle (awesome job)

Craftsmanship is amazing. I just came across the video. And i was like why not. And was not disappointed.
Revell is rare to find in my country. Only Tamiyas, Fujimis and Aoshimas. Either way, nice job on the detailing.
Believe me you’re not missing anything. The Japanese brand car models are generally much higher quality and better detailed than Revell models.

Nice details there! I built the same kit over 20 years ago, and customized it with a little turbocharger, intercooler piping, and a front mount intercooler in the bumper. And a 5” tach on the dash. I mean hey it was 2000 we were all ricers back then! 🤣🤣

Is there a specific reason why you use an airbrush for primer, but spray cans for the body paint? I've always heard that using an airbrush is always better, so I wanna understand if there's something else I don't know.
