You built an unreal bus but I'm sorry-the best part of this video is no doubt the cute baby squirrel
the baby squirrel lolol loved those little friends!
Holy crap look what a fire fighter and a tech dude can do when they put their heads together to build a bus! Great work gentlemen! Strong work getting product from supporters of your channel. Glad to see that happening for you. Can't wait to see what you come up with for the next project.
The baby squirrel is the star, of course. Haha, Justin, if you want to be the star of this video, you don't work with babies or animals. Ahh man, you got double-dipped. Haha, Seriously, an awesome video filled with technical info. I watched your building videos throughout this build and I still caught myself writing down info today. I wish I could work with you more. You helped me a year ago, through emails, about how to insulate my corrugated tin floor on my bus. Thank you again for all of the videos that you take the time to record. Hi to the family and friends. Stay safe
Such a beautiful bus I love it. I could live in it easy . GOD BLESS YOU and Your Family.
A good way to make safe seats is grab car seats from a junkyard and mount them on a solid swivel mount
Love it . Awesome Job
This was a fine build! Fine build indeed!!
Ah thank you David!
Amazing build
It turned out very beautiful and functional
Thanks!!!
the baby squirrel was a really nice surprise lmao thanks for that
You thought of so much such amazing craftsmanship absolutely beautiful ..You are so talented thanks for sharing love it and love to you and your gorgeous family and God bless always from Cyprus x x x
great video, love the pocket squirrel. hope it's rehab is going well
Hey. I think your Bus Home turned out really nice and adorable baby squirrel too ❤
You removed the original A/C and put the fresh water tank in its place with a patch on the outside, but I wonder if you considered placing the condenser for the mini-split there? That's what we're going to do on our conversion. It already has a big grate for the door, we just have to remove the radiator and the fans.
We did consider that but the grate was so large and we weren't a fan of the quality of that actual grate and it wasn't the optimal layout in the end with the storage boxes and the grey tank. I do sort of wish we'd hung the condenser on the driver's side though for aesthetics. What we should have done was just order a mini split door from @skoolie_com
@@MobileDwellings Oh snap, I didn't know they offered those. Off to browse their website! 🙃😉
@@MobileDwellings Okay, that looks pretty sharp. I might be able to work with that...
great build. Have you ever considered wool felt for the ceiling instead of wood panel to reduce reverb and also further enhance insulation?
Nice biuld
Thank you!
Nice work! Curious to know what the walkway & doorway widths are?
When you're talking about power capacity in general and especially with lithiums you typically just say the Watt hours. A*v
🔥💕👌👍
I am 6' - 5" tall, what bus could I start with, for 2 people?
City transit buses with low floors have very tall ceilings but have low ground clearance and not much space for hanging things underneath. Coach buses have very tall ceilings but are another animal of their own. Raising a bus roof is not out of the question for a diyer or you could hire it out for about $15K. Truck campers usually have tall roofs, most RV's do as well and sadly school buses top out at about 6' 4"
@@MobileDwellings That's what I've been looking at, Gillig Low Floor City Transit busses. I think they use them in my town, need to ride one for a look-see. Thanx.
So can I ask please? I have only watched a few of your videos. Are you building buses for your family or are you now building buses for other families? So confused.
No worries. I built a bus for us three years ago. I built the bus you just toured for our friends and next I'll do something else. I'm not currently building buses for others.
Is this not the bus you built three years ago for your family ?
Have watched the entire build series, this is a perfect summary of that. The baby squirrel in your pocket was the cutest thing, glad you could find a rehabber.
💗❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍🤎
Yeah I wanted to keep that squirrel so bad. Always dreamed of having a pet squirrel...so cute. But turns out they make not so great pets! Thanks for watching the whole series ❤
