Why can’t Apollo say Mario? Is it because African Grey’s can’t pronounce the letter ‘M’? Just wondering.

I mean I just tried using my tongue to pronounce "Musk" and the "Mario" and while it may not sound perfect without lips, i have no idea how saying Wario is any easier. I still can't "Kaw" correctly though.
