thats the dutch mentality mate. im from belgium, but have been working for a dutch company for over 28 years now. at first i had big problems with my collegues, as they just say whats on their mind. now 28 years later, when i work for my company in belgium, and some boss, or people from other firms start talking to me, i can notice when i say something they dont like. and i have had a lot of conversations about it aswel. but the one thing i always say, and this is now such a cliche, but its true: if i say something and you dont like it, thats a you problem, not mine. but in the end, you know where im standing and what my thoughts about certain things are. another funny thing is the banter going on between the dutch and belgians. we speak the same language, yet are cultures still different. dutch people are direct, belgians will think twice before they say something. every single time, and it never fails, that i have to go trough a training course, every single time, the "belgian jokes" start comming. hilarious part is when i start replying that they need to start comming up with new jokes, as ive heared them all before. one time this teacher just didnt want to give up, so i told him: you should stop talking to me like that, as you are nothing more than a spare belgian. ( reserve belg) when he asked why i came to that conclusion, i just plainly stated: even the name of this region says you all are... zeeuws-"Vlaanderen", so in fact this makes you all belong to the flanders region. my collegue sitting right next to me did a facepalm, and a small but hilarious discussion came from it, but in the end, avery single dutch guy in that class room just had to agree with me. the laughter that ennsued right after... lol. there were a lot of things i said that day, and when the exams were done, i told all of those people that they would remember this one belgian guy for life. 3 months ago, a dutch guy came up to me, said he recognised me, i could not figure out why, turns out, he was in that same calss that day, and he actually did remember me lol. bless the dutch, they might come over as rough and arrogant, but they are not. they say things the way they see them, and call them out. problem is, the rest od europe cant deal with the dutch beeing so straight forward :D :D :D

max is savage even with bad setup takes p1. apart from mclaren never though ferrari , mercedes , aston martin would slack so much.... lewis hamilton 7x world champ? but cant help develop car or find right setup or overtake when his the only one stuck in a drs train complaining :D xD
