Max when he signs off Iracing. Alright good game guys, I gotta go to work.
Nah he probably said “alright guys I gotta go do my part time now.” Lolllll
@@TrapHk lol side quest
Naw I think it’s more, Max when He signs off Formula 1 to head to his sim: “Good Race guys, simply lovely. Time for me to go to work now.”
🤣🤣🤣🤣👍🏻

You can almost hear them.. "MAX LETS GO!! We have to get you in the car and get this started man. Cmon"
MV1- "Amost done, I'm out front, maybe 20 seconds left in this lap, I have pit limiter up, soon as I pit and switch drivers ill be right with you, Relax I'm almost done"

F1 is a side quest
imagine if he had a usb port in his red bull, that plugs into his on board computer and allows him to do some laps in iracing
The representation this guy is doing for the sim racing community is massive!!
He’s doing what all of us dream
You could do a lot worse indeed.
Having a F1 3 Time World Champion winning the 24h of Nurburgring during a F1 GP weekend has to be right up there with most epic advertisement airtime ever.
"You know what? Make some room everyone, I'm bringing my own motorhome with my specially customized mobile racesimulator to kill some time between sessions.."
To me this isn’t just a “wow this guys is also a good sim racer” thing, it’s a reflection of how good his mental game is. Doing two huge competitive events like this simultaneously could be a massive distraction from each other, but instead it shows how unreal his mental management is to compartmentalize each event and perform at his best in both. Everyone always talks about the RB car being the reason Max wins so much (it helps for sure) but I think he’s just on an entirely different level when it comes to his mental game and thriving on pressure.
No amount of pressure can compare to P disturbing him in the middle of a sim race (Penelope's his daughter)
People who think the car will carry a subpar driver to a podium don't know racing.
@@KepleroGT technically P is Kelly's daughter, the dad is Daniil Kvyat (apparently Kelly has a thing for race drivers. No surprise given her father).
it's not his "outlap" that's amazing, it's ALL the laps he does. the trajectories he takes are perfect every time. he almost never makes a mistake, he puts the car in places where it seems like it won't go. this driver is amazing.
Pure blitzing
The consistency on the limit as if he only does qualify laps is unmatched in the virtual and real world
@@JACKZERYTI dont watch SIM racing as much (do watch some F1 Opmeer Ronhaar shenanigans every now and then). What exactly makes this lap so special, giving he didnt creste any further distance between himself and P2?
@daarom3472 good question, because p2 is also doing unreal lap times, if you've driven the BMW on the ring, you'll know the way he's taking it is next level, litterally.
and when not home he is using a controller
Max Verstappen only has pure racing DNA. Imola and the Nurburgring have so many mid-pace, very tight corners and chicanes that he is constantly perfectioning his craft. This is why he could get that epic pole honoring our greatest hero, Mr Senna
Senna = GOD
Verstappen = peasant
Perfectioning

And then there are still people who say that it's just his car in F1.
This guy nails it with every car, even if it's virtual.
If it was just the car Perez should be taking pole every race.
@@paulcorcoran534 Would be an easy 1-2 every weekend.
But then they argue that RB manipulate Perez's car lol
I think it also shows his knowledge of how to setup his car to get the most out of his driving style and the ability provide great feedback to the engineers.
nobody ever said it's just the car, the whole world is respecting his talent.
F1 is a British sport 🏎️🇬🇧 Six F1 Teams are based in England 🏴 The Formula One Group founded by the Brit Bernie Ecclestone, is based in London. The vast majority of people working in F1 are British or at least have lived in the UK. (Even FIA president Sulayem studied in the UK, for example.) But most importantly, the vast majority of the pundits and talking heads in F1 and F1TV specifically, are British 🇬🇧 A lot of people-especially Brits, Lulu fanboys and Max haters-are completely blind for the thick British bias and the sometimes clear delusional double standards, in F1 commentary, and from themselves 🦯🕶️
I’ve got a lot of laps at the Ring sim and the real thing. What is amazing about Max is how on the edge and using ALL of the track and yet he is always under control. Absolutely an amazing driver. We are witnessing a legend in real time.
he even flashed the guy after passing him at 3:05 as a thank you for letting him by. Not to mention his lines are absolutely on point every single time even when theyre not they're insanely good. Man i wish Senna was still around to meet Max, talent like him and senna only come around once in a lifetime. Never thought id live to see the next Senna!
I never thought I'd call something as simple as flashing lights "adorable" until that moment 😂
I remember when helmet Marko sign max back in 2014 he said max is once in a lifetime talent and compare him to senna we all laugh at it at that moment but helmet Marko was right max is the next senna
@@MegaEmmanuel09i used to do it in pcars2, automobilista 2 too 😅
@@khanZZzz100🪖Marko is truly the MVP.
It wasn't him flashing, it was the guy behind. The blue "BEAM" icon on the steering wheel flashes along when he does it before passing
Those last few minutes of that lap were crazy. Idk how he carried so much speed into those turns without under or oversteering. It doesnt even make sense watching it back lol
How does he brake?? Telemetry would be amazing!
In ACC those few times he touched the grass would have sent the car into the wall
Cheating that's why... Take a look at the newest F1 24 in collaboration with this overrated F1 driver... Mario Kart and not even close to simulation.
His calmness and precision at the steering wheel, especially in the high-speed corners, is incredible. Generational talent and amazing to watch.
6:00 Tomas just reached his pinnacle moment of his racing career
🤣
Seriously there isn't any argument anymore that Verstappen is on the F1 Mount Rushmore. Argue over the other 3 if you like. But he is definitely on it.
One thing that he has that is uniquely his, counted among the greatest to have ever done it. Is he is competing at the highest level even on a SIM. Where truly the ONLY thing you can rely on is yoir racecraft. For him to be as dangerous against the best SIM drivers in the world really speaks volumes about how he ranks ALL TIME!
Exactly, those full-time SIM drivers aren't exactly human themselves, anyone who actually raced seriously in any racing games would know the top guys are not someone you can just win against by playing excessive amount of time, they're proper talents.
Not even in the same room as Jimmy Clark when it comes to natural talent, race craft and versatility but he is certainly knocking on the door,

Flat round here, flat round here
the fact that max is doing this and very well whilst doing imola weekend and doing very well is just mental.he is a machine
He is doing side quests at this point
Whole lap he’s one gear higher then me. I was thinking, no i cant do that, nope not that either 🤣🤣😂😂 awesome!
Max is the goat, his style is the perfect blend of Schumacher Senna mentality/skill set while throwing in his own flavor of being absolutely robotic and unphased by anything that happens. Just a pure racer that wants nothing more then to best the absolute best he can possibly be at his craft. He would never call himself the goat as he is far to humble and always shows respect to the older generation, but personally hes my pick.
All top drivers in the world feel the pressure, and they ALL pretend they are in cool and calm headspace with a relaxed demeanor. Max is the only one I belive. Sometimes it looks like you need to wake his ass up. He truly inst interested in ANYTHING but racing. Just another day at the office.
@@marksutherlandjr.2121 that performance he just put on in Imola my lord, any other driver would crumble coming under that much pressure for 10-15 laps.
@@stevenst6337 Alonso vs Schumi, also Imola... and Shumi had way faster car than Norris. So guess, not any other driver. Max is an alien, but there are equally great drivers (when they are/were at their best).
max has proved in the past 12 months he is the goat. He has no weakness, no flaw, he used to bang wheel on wheel to pass and that's gone from his driving...there is no driver in history that could match max in same gear. period.
@@sspacegghost last year he had the best car ever in F1 history! period.
Max is a 👽
Incredibly smooth,,❤
the way he drives, it's unreal how precise and consistent he is.
So incredibly smooth
What a master of using the whole track and carrying his speed through the corners! That was fun to watch =)
What's scary to me is, how can he put GT3 cars skill into F1 skill ... Specially when the BMW is a front engined RWD and the RB is a mid engined RWD.
He's an absolute beast!
Watched F1 for 20 years and never miss a race. Strangely this one video has made me now actually accept Max is on another level. To also do it in a sim with no G load this perfectly shows his raw talent. Considering Hamilton in comparison admits he doesn't really entertain the idea of "sim work". Says why he's taking a bucket list job at Ferrari next year, whilst Max is re writing the record books every season. Unreal talent.
This video is insane. He makes pro sim drivers look like the easy AI. As if only he has the real top speed. Max lives and breathes racing, not caring about changing cars and track in a weekend, just performing on the limit each and every turn.
This Verstappen guy is pretty good. He should try racing in real life
I think he's done a bit of karting but that's about it, a real shame.
He's got a lot of potential
Yeah, I dont think he could do this in real life though. Simracint is one thing… and real life is another…
@@pabloanton4459 Even if he tried in real life, I doubt he'd ever win a race because that requires so much skill and endurance that I doubt a pro sim racer actually has. Maybe a p10 or smt he could get if he's lucky!
It’s getting old, too old
I'm amazed at the speed with which he takes certain corners.
I take them a gear below him
Nothing left on the table not a scrap,a true masterclass.
That is just awesome, to watch as a fellow sim racer ,
I'm pretty sure it is the car! ;-)
Close!
Ok he does not have the best car. right?
Probably not. Look at check.
There's a lot to learn from this on preserving speed always. His lines are so precise at just maintaining as much speed as possible, and his wheel movement is so quiet. It's like he lets the car do the least work possible to achieve speed. Really cool to see.
This guy is the best racing driver of all time. He has to be.
Senna
@@wingsoftheraven8650 He is up there with Verstappen.
absolutely insane
Great drive by Max and that BMW sounds amazing!
Using every inch of that track for maximum speed. Unbelievable driving 🔥
You got to respect the guy, dedicated to racing since he is born, you have to be something else to not burnout.
First person view really puts things in perspective
He makes it look so easy!!
Fr tho at first I was like "how the corners looks kinda arcade?" Due to how he made it looks easy even though my brain knows it's sim game
I've just realized, that Norbi Kiss was in 8. sec for the hole lap from Max, I think it's amazing as well.
When Max isn’t racing he’s iracing, the man lives, eats and breaths being a race car driver no wonder he’s the champ!
Would love to see his brake-throttle telemetry as well.
They guy is a metronome machine!
I’d love to try that set up
5:50 Interesting livery to say the least
Espectacular Max!!
Shout-out to Norbi Kiss...that kept, in second place, his distance ~8s the entire lap...
How he slows down and rotates the car is unreal
Perfection
Almost like this dude does something similar for a living, look how he carves up slower traffic. Dayum
Dude just throes the car into corners getting all the limits of grip lol. He makes me realize most of us turn in to little out of fear of snapping or losing grip. He's found that perfect edge where he can just turn in like crazy with just the right speed and come out crazy fast. Instead of doing what alot of us do taking the longer line trying to hold speed when we should be lifting off a little more turning in a little tighter and coming out that much faster.
Guy in second place Norbi Kiss was on pace for quite long. Does he have a channel?
After driving a f1 car all morning this probably feels like it's in slow motion
Racing is how max unwind and relax from the grind of normal life.
the spectators in the stands stayed up all night to see Max. But I didn’t see the orange sector or orange smoke
How this performance category still excites him after driving the fastest category available IRL is fascinating to me.
This is good stuff. I admire his commitment. Other than that it is just another day in the office to whom loves simracing in this track, not "UNREAL" but you got my click...
You can feel that he is taking every corner in a way that preserves as much speed as possible. Thats why he casually can overtake everyone like its nothing.
The way he attacks every corner and maximizes the track usage is insane.. You may like his character or not, but he's definitely one of the best ever racing drivers.
Unbelievable
The two guys behind him also had unreal outlaps
The guy can drive anything, anywhere, anytime in any competition flawlessly. He is like driving F1 in slow motion in this video. What a class! What a competitive spirit!
You can't be a racing fan in any shape or form and not be a fan of Verstappen, the guy only has racing in his mind and that what makes him so gifted.
F1 just looks like a hobby at this point 🤣
full beastmax. dude is brutally quick.
when you live and breathe racing.
Max is an absolute OG.
It’s wild he did this while sleeping in a van down by the river.
This guy is fast. He should do that for work
I find it interesting that he accelerates after the apex when everyone says one should start to accelerate right before the apex.
His car seems way faster on the straights than the competition, like...different engine kinda fast.
Is this image somehow distorted ? It looks like all distances are much shorter than in reality. As a result, it also looks like he isn't going all that fast, and corners seem to be tighter than they really are (e.g. Karussell or the jump)
Just out of curiosity, why not adjust gearing to make better use of 6th? Is it fuel efficiency related, or to make for fewer gear changes in the rest of the track? It isn't for reliability or engine temperature purposes in this race, is it?
Edits: sp gr
6th gear on the bmw is jot that useful
He makes iRacing look like an arcade game lol
how tf is he so much faster in a straight line too
I'm a farmer and I play farming simulator when I come home. It's the same 😂
Did you warm up for this race Max?
You could say that.
"GG guys, that was the best race in my life"
He said that or thats you?
Which t-shirt is he using on the thumbnail can't find that model online can anyone help
BEST driver ever
Wieso sieht man da keine Geschwindigkeit im Tacho und so ?
I still can't imagine (even if I'm in a top split) seeing a car just memacingly approaching in the rear view, lights flashing, then looking in the corner to see it's Max gotdamn Verstappen
I had this feeling on iracing against his father 😂 Both bullies on track. Incredible speed you better make space and move on 😢
I'd love to know how fast he is going here
Norbi Kiss ☝️😎
Do the GR86’s in iRacing also simulate the occasional oil starvation engine failure?
Engine design are not simulated yet.
Maybe something for BeamNG?
How just how. I did this race in a lower split in the ferrari and struggled to keep it under control and binned it a few times this guy does blistering laps without such as a squeeky bum moment I wish I had even a tiny % of his talent on the sim. And to do that on the night course justs adds to the difficulty, nomatter how many times youve driven that track in the day when your gong at it at night its like a totally different track.
Max is an alien.
Max flashing high beams like a true BMW driver
He’s schooling them.
Each and every one of these guys would be the best racer we could ever hope to meet, and he’s schooling them.
Yeah he drives on razor thin margins alright...
Guy in p2 only lost 2 tenths over the entire lap
@@smileplease1971 'guy' in p2 is also an Alien from space
Can you blame him for wanting some damn competition?? Look like he fell asleep today out of boredom and ran off the track for a sec.

Bro takes "work to live not live to work" to a different dimension
Before his main race he warmed up in Imola.
Max: Yeah GG guys now I gotta go do it in real life. BRB.
He's not human
To be fair, he pulled away under 0,5 sec in one lap. Kudos to the following cars
Thats some 2003 graphics right there
Driving God
I mean I could’ve done it .123 seconds quicker but that’s pretty good
Sometimes I feel good about my lap, but then I see this video and am reminded that even if bludgeoned with a rock to the point of hanging onto consciousness by a thread, Max could still do a lap a full 30 seconds faster than me.
