A little trick that i recently found out about the HRG Arc Generator is that if you hit enemies and bosses in just the right spot with the secondary fire, it'll count as a second hit for even more damage. Also, i've been rocking the HRG Kaboomstick and Arc Generator loadout recently too, i'm quite a fan of it.
Best Survivalist load out is Frost Fang and Arc Gen. Frost Fang counts as a melee weapon so if you have the Survivalist speed bonus on, you’re carrying a Support weapon blended with Zerk attacks, the ability to block and parry, and all at Gunslinger speed. That build is extremely OP.
Favorite loadouts: Berserker: Dwarven Battleaxe+Vlad 1000 (strongest melee weapon w/ the ever-useful Vlad as a backup weapon) Commando: Stoner+SCAR (Stoner is a phenomenal all-purpose weapon, and the SCAR is also versatile; run both mag size buffs with this setup) Support: AA12+M4 (honorable mention to subbing the HK12 for the M4, the HK12 is a ridiculously good shotgun for its price and has a huge mag w/ the level 5 talent for mag size) Medic: HM501 Grenade Rifle+HM301 Shotgun (Medic grenade rifle is great all-round weapon and gives you a ridiculous supply of medic grenades, pair w/ the shotgun for more trash cleaning and short-range duties) Firebug: Helio Rifle+Flamethrower (Helios Rifle gives you a nice DPS weapon with good range to pair with the Flamethrower's spectacular AoE and trash clearing abilities). Demo: I use 1 personal defense weapon w/ 1 heavy hitter. PDW choices are: Kaboomstick or M16+M203, Heavy Hitters are: RPG or M32 (M32 is a really underrated AoE weapon) Gunslinger: I use quite a bit of variety here, but imo, Centerfire w/ Dual AF-2011s is really good (use the Centerfire for longer ranges and AF-2011s up close for DPS). Sharpshooter: FN FAL+M14 (RoF>damage/shot in most situations, as you can make up for the lack of first shot damage with quick follow up shots). SWAT: Bastion+Kriss (similar to my Commando loadout, but for SWAT). Survivalist: I often run a Demo weapon w/ a better PDW, e.g. M4+M32/RPG is a favorite of mine.
Solo medic: Incision+1 and shotgun or smg+3 depending on personal preference It's my favorite class for the toughest solo maps (e.g. descent) because of OP med grenades paired with so much survivability
Yes Ron!! Thanks for making this vid alot easier to come back to this than go to each of your best weapons even tho I still will to switch it up sometimes
For Survivalist my favorite loadout is the Arc Generator, the Killawatt and then a misc. item (usually a medic pistol). It's super potent for crowd control, as you can just tear through several FPs or Scrakes at once and absolutely clean hallways. The Frost Fang is also great as survivalist, because it counts as a melee weapon; you can get the melee weapon speed buff from it as a result.
I also find that loadout optimization changes for boss waves as well as team composition. For example, while the Hemogoblin and M99 aren't as useful on the standard waves, they are really strong on boss waves. While the Doomstick is very strong on standard waves, getting up very close to bosses is very dangerous for the Support. Also, specific bosses may require specific loadouts. For example, the Husk Cannon is strong for Hans and KFP but not for the others bosses. Melee weapons work fine for Hans and Patriarch but the Eviscerator and Piranha pistols work better for Matriarch, Abomination, and KFP. Is the Frost Fang stronger on the Berserker than on the Support? I don't have any DLCs. What would be a good non-DLC substitute for the Piranha pistols for Gunslinger, Frost Fang for Berserker, and the Thermite Bore for the Firebug?
I would say that the Frostfang is better on Berserker and Survivalist then on Support, but it is very still very strong on Support. For substitutes I would recommend for gunslinger either the .500s or the 2011s with the Deagles. For Berserker the tesla launcher or really whatever you want to use, Bone Crusher is great for tanking. For Firebug the Helios, and the Dragonsbreathe or the Fire M16.
I agree with almost every Loadout except for survivalist, although they have the largest arsenal at their disposal, I found an AA-12 and M32 do plenty well!
I think the heal thrower is vastly overrated as is the hemogoblin. What I recommend instead is to run an HRG Incision /w a Medic Shotgun or Medic SMG. It'll mean you'll be focusing your actual damage onto large zeds almost entirely but it makes you way, way, way more combat capable. You're practically a Sharpshooter hybrid class then.
My favorite gunslinger load out I’ve used since it’s come out is deagles, .500 magnums and medic pistol and upgrade them all once. I’ve seen a lot of people upgrade the deagles twice instead of magnums once but after trying both I like the magnums upgraded more because if you’re able to land very consistent headshots you can drop any fleshpound or scrake (idk how to spell it) very fast and faster than the deags imo, I could be wrong but after many hours of playing gs it feels like they do
Currently, my favorite load-out is the survivalist with the max level pulverizer and any other weapon that can fit in like the boom stick. At level 20, you'll get all the perks that allow you to get the most out of the pulverizer and get more survivability with med grenades. Sometimes, I'll change the perks to get an RPG and max that out so I can get high damage at range. It can be surprisingly effective against bosses and trash.
Support main here simply because ragdolling fleshpounds and scrakes with the doomstick is one of the most hilarious things to do in the game but aa12 is really OD as fuck and I'd always recommend going for it
GUNSLINGER trick: You come close to large thing, shoot with Glock to stack x5 headshots switch to x2 DEagle for max DPS a big thing switch to x2 .500 if thing is still alive In early game I usually sell 1858 for Deagle, and use 9mm or two for quick stack headshots on large things. 1911 might be good for progression, but too heavy if you go for upgrades. Also, if you take double 1911 instead of single glock, you have 3 weapons on 1st slot, it makes hard to manage guns.
Even though I have my personal favorite loadouts for some perks, I really like your list. Good work! How about "The second best loadouts for each class" -video? Would be really interesting to know your recommendations on this topic as well. Now that they finally nerfed (or at least tried to nerf) Hemoclobber, Kaboomstick should be treated the same way, I'd say. It's just boringly OP at close range to my taste, it's just too good.
Your FB load out will be better on bosses for me. Definitely gonna try that with max ammo, reload both, then switch to all left perks so the first clip both will be 80 and 12. I'd rather have the flamethrower for trash and Helios for fp's, e-dars, husks and scrakes.
Hey Ron, does sharpshooter class get headshot bonus passive to any weapon? Just asking bc I see it says headshot damage but it doesn't specify perk weapons. Thanks
Commentary: For commando one of my favorite loadouts is the M16/501 combo. You can either upgrade the M16 once or add a med pistol for team healing/backup weapon. Make *very sure* that you swap your perks every wave though. Before the wave starts you want to be on Tactical Reload and Hollow Point, and right when the wave starts open your perk menu to select High Capacity Magazines and Eat Lead. That way, when the wave ends, you can reload each weapon to have 75 rounds in the magazine plus any ammo boxes you pick up will net you over twice as much ammo, freeing up a little bit of dosh. With the M16 you can handle both fleshpounds and scrakes reasonably well, because the grenade launcher on the M16 is enough to deal with QP's typically with 2 shots and the FP's with 3 (depending on players and difficulty). While you shouldn't be primarily focused on killing big zeds at all, if you assist others or are able to finish off a wounded one before it hits a teammate that is very valuable. Oftentimes the FP/QP like to spawn in clusters, which makes the grenades that much nicer for that purpose. You can also, of course, throw an HE grenade just before firing the grenade launcher for extra damage on them but I prefer saving those for if a teammate is getting mobbed. With the 501 you have a superb trash killing rifle because it does very solid damage even all the way up to the big zeds. The recoil is still not ideal, that's why the M16 is better for big zeds. The 501 is very strong for trash though between the bullets and the medic grenades and of course you can serve as a backup healer if needed particularly if you take the med pistol. With the gas grenades you can weld a door and use the gas on it to kill things on the opposite side and that's often a good way to kill 5-10 small things off one grenade. The downside to this is that you will struggle a bit more on keeping zed extensions going, but then again, you can kill a lot of trash very quickly too so it's a bit of a trade-off that way.
Best over all medic loadout. Thrower and hemogoblin+1. You can one shot rioters, edars and husks on 6 man hoe. The dart recharge rate of the thrower and hemogoblin is insane..
@@lycon7000 upgrade the hemogoblin 1 time. Aim for their head. If you get a head shot on a rioter it will kill it. If you shoot the husks tanks with the hemo it will blow up

Killing Floor 2 is great, because there are no best loadouts. It depend on player style combined with chosen skills. For example, I disagree with Medic. I love to play as medic. This is my main perk and Healthriwer in my hands just sucks. It heals terribly slow when shooting with ammo, it has very low range, and make gameplay chaotic. So it is usefull only, when the squad is in one tiny area. I prefer Hemogoblin as a best weapon and HMTech - 401 to have as much healing darts as possible. Also HMTech - 501 is good instead of 401 to flood the level with healing gas on last waves. Recently I started to play with Hemogoblin + HRG Incision. The amazing feature of HRG Incision is that it has powerful healing darts, which stuns medium zeds (siren, for example) and oneshots squishies. Also healing darts has penetration, which allows to stun and kill a group of zeds or heal the whole squad with only one dart. Also Hemogoblin with Incision is an incredibly fun combination to make Zed bodies to fly over the map. For Berserker I like to play with bone crusher. Just run left in circles and hit everything with left mouse button to hit always with shield wich stuns everything. And second weapon Piranha pistols or nailgun. But meh.
