As a Tinker hater I honestly feel bad about the Rearm Item change. It's the whole point of the hero and it was one of the most unique interactions in Dota. Never seen anything like it in other mobas.
migt as well remove Charge from Spirit breaker or silence from silencer... classic valve brainrot once-a-year patch.
They'll revert that into allowing blink to be the only item rearmable, and all will be good.

Dude, he’s at a 30% winrate lmao. Absolutely deleted. I’ve played and loved Tinker for 8+ years with 1200 games and honestly this shit crushed me to see. I saw March was back and got hopeful and then read further down only to realize he might as well not be in the game anymore
took me 10 years to learn this game and now they released this.
Valve releases a patch in which they put a shitload of effort and creativity changing the game ppl complained was getting stale.

I dont get why so many people disliking the new patch like common new stuff new play style playing dota not on autopilot mod like now you gotta explore the game and have fun.

This patch feels super tone deaf in terms of balance changes, the better heroes i.e storm, weaver, luna all got better while sub 48% winrate heroes like tinker, jug, alch just got much much worse. On the terms of Tinker I think the hero is better off deleted than in this state, if Valve not longer wants a hero that can do what Tinker did just delete him and give him a honorable sendoff to never be pick able again rather than relegating him to this unplayable state.
I was hoping some of my support heroes would get a lil boost of some kind, but each game I've played since the update it felt even harder than usual as a support, the games went way too fast, slardar was essentially one hitting us from the very start of the game, it felt majorly unbalanced and weird, and now I cant even play because there is some time out issue that keeps happening to me and many other players. I think it's a mess! Oh and I fully agree about tinker, I mean like you said he'd be better off not even an option at this point.
