Awesome video and tour, Tom! This looks like an amazing zoo! The Habari Preserve safari looked fun. That was my favorite part! Excited for part 2!! P.S., I’m going to visit the Fort Worth Zoo next week. I’ve watched your tours for that. And I’m going to be commenting on the first part of that video to let you know my experience there as well! 😀 The comment will probably be between March 31st and April 2nd. Just wanted to let you know! 😀
@uncle carguy My suggestion is to go through one side from front to back. Use your guide map for the different area's of the zoo. If you go back to the main path after each area you won't miss anything. It's a good sized zoo so plan your route before you get there to make things easier. I hope you have lots of fun 😀
Hey Tom! I apologise for the late comment, between the signage in your videos that i like to read and my personal life ( family, friends, school and work, i`m also one to go out on my days off with my buddies and just fool around and have a good time with them, not to worry Tom, we don`t do anything dangerous, just me and the boys hanging out, i will hang with my friends who are girls occasionally too, and contrary to my parents belief, none of them are my girlfriend, i actually don`t have one currently ), long story short, i`ve been busy Tom. I`ve been hoping that you`d do a new tour of this zoo for a while now Tom! I remember seeing a tour on your channel that was made 4 years ago or so, i`ll be honest Tom, i binged all of your Zoo and Aquarium videos when i first found your channel in probably just a few months! This Zoo looks like a really good Zoo! I like how they use natural barriers whenever possible, instead of things like fences and bars. Very nice! I enjoyed the ride in this video man (30:36-53:06), but i also liked the gharial at 14:18. You now me and reptiles Tom! Speaking of that, i hope you have one or more reptile locations planned for your upcoming road trip! Speaking of the road trip, after asking my parents and trying many strategies, they said no to donating to your gas fund, sorry Tom, i tried, when i say tried i mean battling my parents for half an hour. I love the habitats at this Zoo Tom! They cater to all of the animal`s needs and not always shall we say convenient for the visitor`s viewing but more so to the animal`s happiness! Some Zoos, it`s vice versa, which it shouln`t be but thankfully those Zoos are few and far between, for me at least, the animal`s happiness is a lot more important than me getting to see it, and i know for a fact that you feel the same way Tom! Now, i`ve got some timestamps for you Tom! 3:00 I think the name you`re looking for is Zazu Tom! I`ve recently watched the Lion King ( old one then the new live action one ). 5:34: Meep meep! From that one cartoon with the road runner and coyote, i used to watch that as a kid, man those were the days eh Tom? No responsibilities, no job, man life was good. 6:30: That`s a pretty bird! Lovely colouring! 9:14: Tapirs are actually very good swimmers and are often found around water in the wild and often find their food in the water, so i`m happy that this tapir has a good sized water area to be in. 10:25: That would be the blue-faced honeyeater Tom! 10:44: Having a nice cat nap! zzzzzzzz 11:10: What a beautiful animal! 11:56: It`s actually Sulawesi Tom but the I does look a bit like a T in that style of writing, easy mistake to make and you were probably looking through the camera to make sure you had a good shot, correct? All right that does it for timestamps Tom! I really enjoyed this video Tom! Really well shot as usual, your camera skills amaze me Tom! Great information as well! Might a well give you the whole package while i`m complimenting you lol. Looking forward to your reply Tom! I`ll be leaving comments over the course of the next 30 minutes-1hour on your last 4 videos that i`ve been catching up on, i figured finish all of them then spam you with long comments LOL! I hope you`re well Tom!
@ Noah Roy It was nice to film a brand new full tour of Zoo Tampa. That place made some fantastic improvements since my last full tour. This zoo has changed so much fir the better of the years. As you've seen from my older vids, I have gotten much better with my camera work. Plus I have much better equipment, that helps a lot. You asked what types of pets I've had. Dog's, Cat's, Rat's, Mice, Hamster, Gerbils, Guinea pig's, Rabbit, Iguanas, Tortoise and part-time Squirrel, Opossum and Raccoon. The majority of the rodents was when I was a kid. I really appreciate your support Noah, don't worry about donations. Your parents are correct to not let you spend your money. Now once your 18 you can choose what you do with your money. I'm glad you enjoy my content, not everyone comments like you do. 😁
@@TomsRoadTrippin Quite the wide arrange of pets Tom! Yes, you have improved a lot with your camera skills! Thanks four understanding about the donations Tom!
Thanks for the correction Trey. I misspoke saying new habitat rather new inhabitant. The chimpanzees moved to California back in 2019. This habitat gas been closed for quite sometime. It's nice to see new animals.
Haven’t been to this zoo in 8 years, and I hope to return someday. Can’t wait for part 2!
The zoo keeps getting better, you'll see some more new stuff in part two.
@@TomsRoadTrippin Tapirs are distantly related to rhinos and horses.

Thanks Jonathan, I appreciate that. The safari is so much better with the new vehicles. I'm looking forward to your comments on the Fort Worth Zoo.
I like being at zoo Tampa and doing the animal encounters
They have a phenomenal diverse animal collection.
Lovely zoo
Zoo Tampa has improved 1000% since I was a child.

That cartridge is obsessed with the blue bucket
Darn auto correct 😂. I mean to say Partridge is obsessed with the blue bucket.
Yeah birds seem to enjoy buckets and boxes. Might be another reason cat's like birds so much.
Where’s part 2
On Thursday
Part two will be released Thursday at 10 A.M. EST.
Bird flu is moving into NY and NJ. So any open net bird areas are closed and the birds are indoors.
Thanks for the update Linda, if it's not one thing, it's another 😣
@@TomsRoadTrippin I know exactly.
Did you know that before the Binturong exhibit it used to belong be the Leopard exhibit
Yeah, they weren't on habitat all the time, not sure why. Apparently they went to another zoo that had a better ability to keep them.
Did you know that in the gharial
habitat there used to be bearded pigs
I wasn't aware of that, thanks for that info.
Can the whole zoo be seen in 1 day?
Yes, the way the zoo is laid out it's very easy to experience everything without feeling rushed.
Did you know before they had the Malayan Sun Bear it used to be the Sloth Bear habitat
That I did know as it's my local zoo.
The Hamadryas Baboon exhibit originally belonged 2 the Chimpanzee so thats prolly y u recognized it bein new
