    Process of elimination to progressing in anything including health makes a huge difference in life, you can apply this rule to anything to keep progressing and not staying stagnant. Your guy's channel is extremely underrated wow great stuff I have been looking for an intelligent podcast who speaks on diet and BJJ thankyou!

    The problem isn’t eating Carbs, is the QUANTITY and frequency of its consumption. I train on a empty stomach everyday and have energy for days, I’m able to stay lean and I’m a Purple Belt in BJJ. If you train at say 9am, the glucose you’re using is coming from what you had the night before.

    I've been a vegan for 10 yrs now. But I think what you guys are saying here is pretty much spot on. Although I part company with a lot of prominent vegan narratives, in that I don't find it all that different from many other diet or "lifestyle" philosophies such as ethically sourced animal consumption.

    Do you guys try to get 1lb of protien per gram of body weight?

      How accurate on it we are really changes over time, but if i'm staying disciplined with my eating it will generally be around 1.5-2 grams of protein per KG of bodyweight.
