In this video, I will be showing you the very popular mutton curry. Mutton curry is a very popular dish in Sri Lanka. It is nice and spicy and can be paired with a lot of different dishes. I always make this mjutton curry for my family and friends and the love it so much! Please enjoy watching and making this amazing mutton curry :)
Mutton Curry ingredients:
Some oil
Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ¼ teaspoon
3 cinnamon sticks
4 dried red chillies
4 green chillies
2 big onions
Some curry leaves
Some salt
Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoon
Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Mutton - 2kg
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Curry powder - 5 teaspoon
Bay leaves
2 tomatoes
Coconut milk - 1 cup
½ a limes juice

Brilliant demonstration of this curry, though I don't speak or understand Tamil, I tried and succesfully made this recipe. I live in Finland and I am an old PJ boy, but have to try to survive without key ingredients/ e.g. Babas Curry Powder, Sister if you could either add in subtitles or another English version- it will reach a wider audience. Sat Sri Akal & Vanekum from Finland.
p.s. how to make own curry powder? Your help would be greatly apreciated. I have shared this to my 2 adult Children who miss Indian Food especially South Indian. Thank You AKKA.
