I think it's quite damaged because of his reactions to the scandal. Even the arbitration award was about breaching the contract which he did leaving the set without futher explanation. First terrible unloyal publicists, now lack of any... But once you look into trials it's more fascinating story than many thrillers. In fact they will be award winning movie scripts based on the court transcripts alone. Spacey is already a legend and far from disgraced one.
