I’m an Australian living in the US. I can’t believe how many people have Australian cattle dogs here! We have a red one. She’s adorable.
Such an Aussie thing to have a Toyota truck with a blue heeler (usually named Blue) in the back. So much so it’s a cultural reference. I’ll use it on my dog even tho that’s not her name or her color. *whistles* “in the back, Blue”

I live on a 9x5 mile island. Driving 1,000 miles and you're still in the same country completely blows my wormhole!
We could drive 3,500 miles in a straight line and still not hit the opposite corner of the country (Maine). The US is a big place, and that doesn't count driving through Canada to Alaska, if you're so inclined.
Looks like a great time.

I always wonder about the diesel swapped FJs.. Mine is still the big six, but I did find a NOS 5 speed from Toyota to make it a little more comfortable on the highway.
