In this over ten years old Elvis Duran Phone Tap, David Brody calls this poor man while playing the role of someone from his doctor's office. He had broken his leg and fractured his ankle and had arranged for ambulance services to get his injuries examined at the hospital. Well, David Brody calls to inform him that the ambulance will not be showing up. This guy gets very angry, as would anyone experiencing similar circumstances.

My father's doctor. when he was still around many years ago, a very old school guy, had a test for this. He called it the "shotgun test". He would say that if someone ran in with a shotgun and started screaming to get the f*ck out and started shooting in the air, would you be able to get out as fast as you could. If the answer it yes, you don't need special transportation. WITH THAT SAID, I can just imagine the pain this guy is in but I do not think he we pass the shotgun test and should just have his family and friends help him into a regular car to get where he needs to go for medical treatment.
