Skeery calls a parking enforcement officer while playing the role of Richard Weed, a phony guy whose BMW got ticketed. The officer gets set up by her daughter Jamie. Mr. Weed wants to complain about the parking ticket. The officer, who doesn't fall for this stunt, tells him to complain about it in court and lets him know that his actions resemble aggravated harassment.
