Ganito pala ka tindi dedication,dicipline at training sa glen kaya pala nag champion talaga International.ganito dapat tularan ng mga Pilipino riders, so far in this generation wala pa talaga. ang layo pa sa training palang kagaya na ginawa ni glen noong training niya sa US. super dedicated talaga sa passion niya, willing e let go lahat he always focus of training and winning, na kahit sa sarili niya walang panahon sa relax2x lng. Kung hindi to gagayahin ng mga pinoy riders ang ginawa ni Glen wala hanggang Pilipinas lang talaga ang mga pinoy riders in this era..
