Be caredul adjusting the joystick tension on this controller. Ive broken two joystick modules on diff controllers as a result of maxing out the tension!!
@@Zaytehs after a reddit post, and multiple responses, we've concluded that the joystick module is not breaking as a result of adjusting tension. pretty sure they just made some bad batches. even saw a pic of one guy's controller missing the entire magnet on the joystick module all together! I Really do love the controller though. it just has a few hurdles to jump past before it becomes perfect. still my go-to favorite controller might I say.
one of my favorite controllers, ive seen on billibilli that they also have custom face plates for the apex 4 wish i could get my hands on some of those. the major gripe i have is that the original buttons have some wiggle room. when pressing down at an angle they can feel "sticky" when pushing down and when they come back up. maybe these custom face buttons could solve the issue.
Would the controller work if you removed the battery and only used it wired?

Take it apart and give the button holes and the sides of the buttons a thin coat of keyboard lube or similar
Question Why are the buttons smooth and not engraved with letters
They are 3D printed.
You can print them with letters on, but depending on printer it may not be super pretty.
Are these buttons on the Apex 4 truly custom?
Wont a set of xbox ones fit if you cut a few of the keys?
