- Ev Tarrell, from Code of Silence, takes us through his products that features three lines of outerwear adapted to different parts of the season. I love my Code of Silence apparel. It is warm, quiet and disappears in the trees.
I bought the series 7 coat and the coldjfall bibs and highly recommend them. Sat out in temperatures in the mid teens with 20mph gusts for roughly 3 hours in the evening and did not even start to feel cold. Thanks again Bill for showing us another great product.

It looks like some of the older cabelas stuff, which I loved, and was also high quality

@@bill-winke I was surprised how warm I was in the rain as well. It’s obviously not water proof but it insulates extremely well!

Almost no clothing is made in the US any more. I don't personally know of a single brand that makes the clothes here. The textile industry in the US is pretty much gone and has been for a long time, unfortunately.
My wife just bought me the Zone 7 Jacket and Pants for my birthday, only wish the Pants had side ventilation zippers.
I would leave a review somewhere if you can find a place - I think there is one on the Code of Silence website. Ev is super keen to offer what consumers want so he will take all feedback seriously. I will also pass that along. Have a great day.

I would buy this in a heartbeat for the midwest but the burrs & stickers keep me from doing so. Best pattern in the game in my opinion.
Justin, when I am walking in, I carry my outerwear. The pants and bibs have longer zippers so you can quickly pull them on over a pair of jeans or whatever wear to the stand. Good luck.

How does the sizes fit you? I’m a taller guy, 6’5 and it can be hard to find camo that fits right.
I am about that same height. Ev made me a set of talls. He is going to add a tall line for 2023. I would definitely wait for those. The insulated bibs that I wore weren't talls but they were just a bit short.

That's right Cody. I have worked with Ev since about 2002, roughly. He was with Cabela's until shortly after Bass Pro bought Cabela's.
Do you have tall sizes?
Mike, they don't at this time but will by the summer. I am a tall also, and Ev made me a set just to test the sizing last fall. So hopefully you will have what you need by late summer. Good luck.

Boy you guys must make that stuff for only certain areas of the country cause if i were that fleece crap any where in Midwest its full of burrs and you cant get m out !!!!
I am in the Midwest and wore it all the time. If the spot you are going to is really full of burrs it won't work, but I also carry my outerwear most of the time and then put it on when I get to the stand. That keeps me from sweating up and allows me to have warmer clothes for the long sit than what I would be comfortable wearing while walking. It also keeps the outerwear from getting full of burrs/stickers. Have a great day.
