Well done. I have enjoyed this series a lot. Watching you use this palette has made me pull out my one PML quint ‘sunset romance’ and get to know her again, and yes she has impressed me. My favourite looks are No. 1 stardust peony look, No. 2 Bordeaux look, No. 3 light aqua (first look). She does give a broad range of looks. I am thinking a lot about the dawn divinity palette now. I am a bit overwhelmed with the holiday releases, so many options, so need to be practical (how much eyeshadow does one person need). I ended up buying the 2 Merit Beauty holiday releases (lips & cheek products) & the Charlotte tilbury holiday palette. So, really trying to be discerning with what I buy going forward. Thanks Mariam, looking forward to watching what other gems you have found in the beauty universe and want to share with us.
I’m not used to seeing you in these shades, but really enjoyed how they looked on you. My favorites are the caramel apple, pumpkin spice, and Grandma’s bordeaux look! I’m so into an Autumn mood, so those color palettes really spoke to me for the season. (but I actually meant the Emerald Eclipse one, but maybe they are too different to be compared, they seemed similar to my non specialist eye). From the bigger palette, that Honey Nectar shade were the most appealing to me, so I am glad I already own it from last year ^^).
😂🙈 sorry!! Indeed they are quite different. Emerald Eclipse is a different tone of green and also it’s a duochrome eyeshadow. Honey Nectar is sooo gorgeous!

They did finally cancel my order. I’m going on a trip to visit my daughter at college on Thursday. When I get home from that trip, I’m going to pick it up from Sephora. What a mess! I’d run by and get it tomorrow, but I’ve just got too much to do! But I will have this palette soon!! 😂

even though you played it like a mistake I secretly like that overly opaque application of Golden Muse on the inner corner🫣 As soon as I saw this palette upon launch I immediately thought of Huetopian Dream! feels like they are almost sister palettes but with Luminous Legends being more neutral and less specifically summer-y. I do in fact love the quint formula and do think you have completely sold me on this palette. I actually love when I have eyeshadows that are perhaps similar in undertone but differ in formula or finish because pairing them always makes a look extra multidimensional! PS - Sephora US lists 4 formulas in this palette: Sublime Mattes (Coral Caress, Rose Afterglow, Sunkissed Rose, and Sable Seductress), Gleaming Metallic (Golden Muse, Lunar Luxury, Lilac Lustre (Platinum Lilac im assuming??), and Honey Nectar), Sparkle Metallic (Stardust Peony, Flame Fatale, Orchid Opulence, and Celestial Cerulean), and Metallic Shimmer (Golden Bronze, Bordeaux Brilliance, and Moonlight Mist). They each have different suggested applications that overall leave me with the impression that the brand suggests the Sparkle Metallic be used with fingers/dense brushes vs the Metallic Shimmer be used with a fluffy brush?? not to tell you anything about your already perfect application, just thought the distinction from the brand about the formulas might interest you, as it did me! my nerdy rant overall takeaway: the Gleaming Metallic formula is worth collecting to me and I have transferred my feelings about the baked shades (Rip) to this particualr formula even though they are anything but comparable! I even wonder if shades like Platinum Dusk & Blitz Venus from Moonlit Seduction might be in this formula or a predecessor to this formula… anyway I love it so much that like I said I will definitely pick this palette up and don’t mind having Honey Nectar and Lunar Luxury twice lol omg PPS - you already know my fave look was the blue one but that look where you used Orchid Opulence over Platinum Lilac (fka Lilac Lustre??) was a close second because of the transformation🤩🤩

I have midnight sun, 2 5 pans (bronze bliss & nightshade) celestial nirvana and last year’s holdiay palette with the blushes. I have the darker palette. I feel like among those I have all the colors. Maybe not exact colors but a pink look, a bronze look…etc. I know the orange isn’t your favorite but I loved look #2 the most!!! 🔥. It looked so smooth and I think that color is beautiful on you!
I’ve decided on getting this palette. I loved your first look with that aqua and sand colors. I don’t normally touch blues/greens anymore but you made that beautifully wearable and I have similar hair color and skin tone as you. The rest of the colors are up my alley so I’m getting it! Your looks and comparisons have been fun. Still not buying for now. Here in the US Pat’s holiday releases often end up steeply discounted at Marshall’s and TJMaxx. It’s kind of exciting to find them there. In other words, not for me at full price. 😂
If it goes on to 30% off i might consider getting it, but for now I dont think I mind missing out on it. I like the grey-black matte and the extra sparkly formulas from her quints but haven't had extensive exoerience with the formulas there so i don't feel very attached to this launch.

Rose Fire is a lot more vibrant and I actually love the texture. I know not everyone shares my opinion but I find it super easy to transform looks with it.
