Marines Sergeant's Course, Corporals Course and Lance Cpl. Seminar

The Sergeants Course provides Marine Corps Sergeants and Sergeant selectees with the knowledge and skills necessary to assume leadership roles of greater responsibility.
Instruction places emphasis on Leadership Development and Warfighting Skills necessary to lead Marines in combat and builds upon the knowledge gained in the distance education program.
The Corporals Leadership Program is designed to provide instruction for tasks developed in accordance with MCO 1510.90 Individual Training Standards (ITS systems for Marine Battle Skills Training (MBST), Volume 2.
