- After weeks of deciding, changing my mind and then planning, my new Grow-on pond was finally due to be delivered.
The concrete base was in place, the 3 musketeers were all ready and poised so watch the video to see how we got it from the trailer and into position (and see who was daft enough to put his big toe underneath a 200KG EZPOND.
Wow bigger than I thought
Are you still talking about my new pond😂🤣😂. Must admit that it looks bigger in the garden than it did in the shop but I’m not complaining 😊👍

So nice to see the new EZ-Pond in place. Thank goodness you didn't have to move it too far once it was off the trailer.Hopefully all involved had a good rest afterwards.
No rest for the wicked, a quick clean up and we jumped in the car and headed up to stoke on Trent for a dealer visit (video coming soon)👍

Let’s hope so Terry🤞. Only downside is that I’ve spent most of my koi pennies on the new tank so will def have to start off with very young koi😊👍 (or sticklebacks, whichever is cheaper🤣).😊👍

Conscious decision on my main pond to go traditional i.e. no window so this gives me the opportunity to have one so I have the best of both worlds now😊👍

Good isn’t it😊👍. As I haven’t got a window on my main pond I wanted a decent size grow on with as big a window as possible and the EZ500i fit the bill nicely😊👍

Certainty cheap but when you think you get a fully made/assembled fibreglass pond it is a compelling argument, particularly for those that don’t have the time for a full build😊👍

What type of paint did you use to paint your concrete slab
Evening, it was weathershield concrete paint👍. It was originally bought to seal our garage floor about 5 years ago and the last 1/2 tin has been in the garage since then but after a quick stir it seems to have done the trick😊👍
Never a dull moment always something happening, remind me to wear steel toecaps on the next one, comes in 3s does that mean im next 🤔🤦♂️🤣

Evening Keith🖐. No, I’ve decided to go for a Venturi and an air curtain 👍. I’ve seen the airated bottom drains in action and think the pond is too small for them (bearing in mind I’ve gone for the 500 not 750 so smaller than yours)😊👍
Ragged it out of that trailer. See next video about the bottom drain leaking. mmmmmmmm.
