A/C COMPRESSOR INSTALL 2005 CIVIC SI EP3 K20A2 SWAPPED HS090 HS090R

Today I installed a newer a/c compressor, spark plugs, new left and right fender liners, and under body splash shield. The whole project took about 4 1/2 hours. Now I have nice and cool A/C!!!! it really wasn't that bad of a job because of the equipment I had access to. Thanks for watching!!!

It’s a pain todo this I was going to just change the clutch pulley but it got stuck with the baring so now I have to remove the whole compressor Smhw

Yea it almost impossible to do without removing it.

Do you think it’s possible to remove just the ac clutch without any tear down?

It would be a pain in the butt. So I would say no

Lucky that the a3 compressor fits! Save some money that way.

You didn’t have to remove all those parts you can get to the compressor under and thru the fender liner and just drop it take it out from under

You are right. I was told you could do it that way. It was a long time ago but I remember that I had reason why we took the front apart. I just don’t remember for what.
