Towards the end you were looking good.
Honestly I would just recommend getting away from Mod cars while learning. The BX series remake can make very competent drift cars using the I4 engines, and the drift front suspension. The V8 config that is out by Default is good but has a ton of power that you wont be able to use in a touge run.

Yeah. Im good at drifting some vanilla cars, but thanks for this comment! do you think I should get a wheel for drifting?

@@MichaelGAMING99 I had a full racing sim a while back but the force feedback motor went out and I haven't built a new sim to replace it.
On a game like beam you can choice to drift with controller or wheel both work, but if you switch to something like assetto corsa I'd recommend a wheel. Don't need anything special either. my starter setup I learn most of my stuff on was a Logitech G920 with no hand brake, mounted to a desk. After about a year I finally got a cheap fold out mount so I'd sit in a more Comfortable position.
I'd have to rewatch to see how you are shifting but do you know how to heal-toe rev match? It's super useful when you want to stop you cars rear wheels from losing traction when entering a turn, makes it much more predictable, also allows you to control the drift more with your hand / or foot brake.

@@CycoWarTurtle thank you for your responses! I know that I shouldnt start out with something expensive if I Will buy one, not sure if I'll try asseto. tell me more about heal-toe rev matching? I'll try it out.

@MichaelGAMING99 heel toe rev matching is where you keep your foot positioned half over the break and throttle in a manual car on Right hand drove cars you can rotate your foot to keep your toes on the break and heal on the throttle. When you down shift while braking you keep your toes suppressing the break and once you shift down a gear you blip the throttle with your heel. Then before the RPM drops back to idle RPM release the clutch. On Left hand drive cars you kind of just keep your foot placed in between the pedals and roll your foot a little bit then repeat the same process.
If you play beam with a clutch button you can try it by turning auto rev matching off in the settings.
When going to a turn slow down then down shift with out rev matching the car will feel like you pulled a hand brake, then repeat and do it with rev matching. If you get it right the car will continue to roll through the corner like you were riding a clutch or never shifted gears.
