See at 1:00 please. The sugar should be dissolved in the whiskey and all goes into the melted chocolate

Reet Rupani sorry i dun think that i can because the ratio depends muchbon the kind of chocolate you are using and even the weather conditions (like humidity and temperature) . In this recipe, I used 65% chocolate and it worked just fine
