Did you know that Advance 3 has a secret, possibly unintended hard mode? By choosing Amy with Knuckles, you get to play as a character with near-Sonic speed and Knuckles' inertia, that doesn't curl in the air, doesn't have a spindash (instead replaced by a shorthop), has an utterly useless tag ability and an equally useless big mcfucking hammer as a B-attack.
The Nakamura thing is more than likely true. Green Hill and Star Light got arranged into two Dreams Come True tracks along with the ending music and options/sound test being a Mega Drive rearranged version of their tack Sweet Sweet. On top of all this, he always gets credited when his tracks are used unlike other composers of the franchise unless working on later arranged/remixed versions of the tracks.
It's so good to see so many other Sonic Advance fans in these comments. I've agreed with the sentiment that these titles are largely u nderrated for years, even though I've only ever owned and played the third. You can play ONE of the titles in the series and like them that much. They're as good as the Genesis classics in the same ways those were AND also in different ones.
Did you know? Actually cream’s first appearance must have been in first sonic adventure. After level in the casino when you play as sonic, cream for some reason flies in the background. You can see this bug without of any cheats.
Just something I noticed, the Cyber Track zone themes in Sonic Advance 3 all contain a riff suspiciously similar to a riff in the ending theme of the anime Kill Me Baby ... But Sonic Advance 3 actually came first, so the prospect of an anime ending theme copying off of a theme in an often-forgotten video game is quite amusing.
I still own all 3 GBA carts of the Advance trilogy and pick them up every now and then to play. Cream is also by far one of my favorites of the Sonic franchise. Press B to win!
The Sonic Advance games were quite an enjoyable experience on the gameboy advance. I remember playing them quite a lot, and how weird it was to play as Amy.
Technically you can see Cream in Sonic Adventure immediately after finishing the Casino level in the story. She will fly from the alley where the ice stone is to the train station making that her first appearance in a Sonic game. Though due to how little you get to see her most players either wont notice her or she will get away too fast to get a good look.
It's kinda sad the last Sonic game to have a major Sonic battle (the advance era in general) reference was Sonic chronicles... :/ *Knuckles is barely reference as guardian anymore *Tails is pure support now and seems to of lost his combat skills *Cream hasn't been in a major Sonic game since Generations *Overall inconsistency everywhere... I feel over the years (especially in the period after Generations), the Sonic franchise has lost some of its "mojo?" I just can't put my finger on it... :/

Great work. Love the Sonic Advance series.
That explains why Dimps works with Sonic Team so often, as well as why Dimps does Street Fighter.
Did You Know? Everyone's first experience with this series was Ultimate Flash Sonic
The Gameboy Advance had so many good games, it haven't get old for me
2:36 For a second, I thought Yuji Naka was wearing a Spider-Man shirt.
I still own all 3 GBA carts of the Advance trilogy and pick them up every now and then to play. Cream is also by far one of my favorites of the Sonic franchise. Press B to win!
The Sonic Advance games were quite an enjoyable experience on the gameboy advance. I remember playing them quite a lot, and how weird it was to play as Amy.
can we just have these games(along with rush) ported to mobile already
He mentioned Sonic N, and the Android port. However according to the video footage, they're not worth playing
*Knuckles is barely reference as guardian anymore
*Tails is pure support now and seems to of lost his combat skills
*Cream hasn't been in a major Sonic game since Generations
*Overall inconsistency everywhere...
I feel over the years (especially in the period after Generations), the Sonic franchise has lost some of its "mojo?" I just can't put my finger on it... :/
