Honestly, I tried many times these same things but never worked for me. I write client’s name, mention about relevant projects and also try to delight them with any personal info. But no matter what you do clients always go to highest earners to Upwork.
And at the same time Upwork just charging for every single thing. Maybe I should try to get remote Job somewhere.

I suck at writing, im a graphic designer and can make anything. But I can’t get any freelance jobs because I cant write or lie or whatever you guys are doing to get work on this site. I have been trying on and off for about three years and I have gotten maybe 4 or 5 jobs. And how do you get there names, they never have there name on it?

i think what he said was use a p.s at the END of the proposals since 99% of people skip to the end of content most of the time instead of actually reading through it from start to end

I am trying to level up my business on Upwork from one man show being dependent only on my time and skills to an agency model. I tested the agency model during few of the interviews, but it seems that clients mostly prefer to work directly rather than with a team. Can you, please advise how to start and succeed as an agency on Upwork in finance field. Most of the resources are on developing the profile as a freelancer. They are indeed very helpful, but I don't find enough material on building an agency/company business on Upwork. Can you, please guide on how to develop an agency considering your experience with Unicorn capital
