Maybe a little down the line, you could set up a whole syllabus and maybe NVCC or Tunxis would let you do a course at their colleges! I can speak for those locations in the big cities, but around my neck of woods where Opie is always fishing with his dad it's always fuzzy when their breakfast time is later than the biscuit and/or croissant spots.
