Why did you put the bracelet in the oven? I know you temper blades but why a bracelet?

Thanks for the question! That wasn't for tempering, you'll notice I covered it in tung oil before I put it in the oven. Baking the coating turned it That dark shiny black and polymerised the oil to make it hard and abrasion resistant
