Hey Mully shave worked really well for you.nice technique with the lather method also might try that as well a think for me personally I think it depends on the soap your using as well determines how good your lather will be but of course you need a good technique to get a nice creamy shiny lather.enjoy rest of your week take care 🙌🙂
This guy swears by this method for any soap. Kind of makes sense. But, this was my first time too. Gonna have to do this with a bunch of different soaps to see.
Hey brother here's some information I think you might enjoy about this razor and blade. This razor and blade are made in india infact this is the only 2 made razors by gillette at least in safety razors ( other one being a plastic flip top one) This razor has been in production for a long time I know people who've had it for 15+ years its still got no issues what so ever. The blade is a 9/10 sharpness compared to 10/10 sharpness of a feather but this blade is much smoother compared to the feather and people with hard scruff, sensitive skin and occasional and daily shavers alike enjoy it here and I think in south America also. This is a few bucks cheaper than a pack of feathers but is in the same league as them. I've been using it for over an hesr with a similar razor and found it good always. That 7 o'clock permasharp is made in india too.
Yes. It says right on the front of the package “Made in India”. I’ll be reviewing it again. I went into the video not expecting much. I came out feeling differently. And I did shave with it the next morning as I said I would. It’s all right. Not the greatest razor out there, but usable for sure. Thanks for the comment. Yes, PermaSharp are also made in India as far as I know. I think mine are the Russian ones though. I’d have to check the package.
@@MullyShaves I've never used the Russian ones. Is there any difference between the Indian and Russian ones. I've always found the Indian permasharps to be very rough and causing irritation and tugging. Also brother how did you end up in Japan, I am curious to know your story I'm sorry if you had answered this elsewhere. I hope you have a great shave and a great day
@@MullyShaves how long have you been living there. How did you adapt to their massively different life style. Isn't it tedious and expensive to own a car there. I appreciate you taking the time to answer brother really.
Been here 33 years. Owning a car here is really no different than anywhere else. It’s only weird and tedious if you’re trying to compare it to your home country. Same as money, people think of their home country’s currency then freak out. When you live here it’s really no different than anywhere else. It all relative.
The four corner tabs are the same in the Gillette Tech DE. Mild razors are perfect for beginners. It is hard to resist more than one pass.
Really hard to stop
Interesting lathering method. I will give it a shot for my shave tomorrow. I will try it with something other than a HAGS soap.
Watch his video
Great lather, my friend. I'll have to give this method a try!
Check his video. He actually went wetter than I did.

I have to be honest, I haven’t had the Indian version, so I don’t know. I came to Japan because my wife is Japanese.
