You are a real genius! The procedure for engine adapting is really good. With that engine I think that, having enough road to try, you will be able to acheive highter speed than 90 KM/h. I feel that speed issue is related to the bike frame that is not designed to manage that speed. Another problem I suppose is stopping from that speed... :) Good work, really good work!!!

6:25 that was huge shear bolt the shaft will break before the bolt actuly the cain is probly the weakest link i only thing id change is instead of chain from motor to jack shaft id use belt with heavy slip clutch and would of youd a board under the foam on the seat

Should cut first downtube off to lower engine then weld two tubes around the engine all to free up the tube for the seat so as not needing to sit so far back. The engine will be out of the way and bike better balanced. Moreover, a small 2 stroke kit is even better. Should not waste time with an underpowered engine and screwing up a perfectly good bike.
Lana, so 6.5hp is underpowered? Really? Wouldn't cutting the downtube and welding 2 tubes ruin a perfectly good bike? I agree the engine is too high. Wrong choice of bike.

Go with two strokes bro I hit 40 mph with a 80 cc engine 1/3 the size and if u use a 44 tooth sproket u have quick ass pick up.the smaller the sprockets in back on wheel the higher top speed but less pick up.and with the one u made take muffler off and air filter off I'll go faster 👍👍
Da mi je ici 90 na ovome sa samo prednjom kocnicom od bicikle hahaha... Al znam ovu biciklu, to je na torpedo kočnica zadnja, vjerojatno bi se dalo smislit nekakva kocnica na nogu na cegrtaljku, kao gedora, pa da dok se kolo vrti u naprijed, ona vrti uprazno, a kad stisnes nogom, da uhvati unazad i pocne kocit, samo ne bi bilo u tom slucaju pametno stisnut kocnicu i dat gas istovremeno svakako...a gdje bi nabavio tako nesto ne znam, ali imam cca ideju u glavi kako bi se izvelo
I watched this twice.. I think those welds could be crap. Reason I say that I wonder what the frame is made out of? Probably junk meaning welds ain't going to hold long. And with a engine that close to your nuts is dangerous. My 2 cents
welldone but bit more thought should of cut top bar then set engine lower and more forward then repiped and shaped split tubing round eachside to reclaim frame strenth then you could of kept the seat in its right place ...as that engine worked well with little stress

That is so wrong. The center of mass is extremely high up. The exhaust is directly under your nose and the noise is closed to your ears.
