Question. When you show the homes on youtube, does each home include the cost of the lot?
Lastly, which is the most ideal location for the best schools, specifically high school?

@@M_and_D_Golf for the most part the price that I put is the total price of the home unless the home I post is a model home. For example, I believe my last post was an Icon custom home. That was a model home and whenever I post a home like that I state what the price per square foot is plus the price of the lot, and typically for a custom home range between 80-150k.
The best school I cannot technically speak on that because I can get in trouble for steering you in a certain direction so my best advice to you is to look on websites such as niche.com greater school.org and Facebook, Fort Bliss group chats that talk about the best goals. A lot of my clients ask me to put them in a home near Franklin high school.

This home has an amazing style and back yard, but i will say that the rooms are way too small, especially the master. big closets for such small rooms, and i think they wasted some space with all the bathrooms.
What a shame about that bedroom window. Poor design.
