I did some work for the SIA. There office is located in Holborn, just down from the Tube station. Or at least it was.
I work in planning and its as simple as this.
When property developers appy for planning, the public outside areas are not adopted by councils for maintenance. Condition of planning is the privately owned land is public access with that same legal rights as council adopted and maintained land. As photography in normal situations is legal, you cannot have implied rights revoked and people can continue with their daily activities

Interesting interaction. It was a very interesting point to bring up the point about viewers wanting to see the drama and that it's not what the core of auditing is about. I would say one exatra thing. If security shout and are abusive, it still doesn't mean you have to give it back. Fighting fire with fire, is not usually the best method. It is better to be rational and even tempered no matter what. That's actually entertaining for me. Seeing security or others lose their cool but auditors being vitually immune from it. DJ Audits does that well. AB can do it, but often doesn't. Each has their own style.

The security are mostly from other countries and know nothing of our laws, it's about time that they were trained properly over access laws.
Most of these rather odd people appear to suffer from scopophobia..Same with the police, councils, workmen..It's an invasion of the cameraphobic people..
I'm not 100% certain, but I think you might have filmed a "celebrity" from *Leeds* at 7:31.
It looks like *David Nicholas Wilkinson* the filmmaker and *Guerilla Group/Films/Docs* founder, who made and presented *The First Film* (2015) and *Getting Away with Murder(s)* (2021) among others, both of which were filmed in *Leeds* and *Bradford.*
He's also an academic who does other stuff like teaching and writing.

Yes you're allowed to film and it's legal but why go round disrupting people, businesses also aggravating & antagonising working people!! Just because it's legal doesn't mean you should do it !! Ok you might make a few quid of the video which you then class as work but when other people are at work they don't bother anyone else where your line of work you do !!
