Hey Coach Donny, I have a question. When I’m hand setting the ball isn’t strong enough and won’t reach a long distance and it isn’t that high. Can someone maybe tell me what I’m doing wrong and can give me tips to increase my setting distance

watch his older videos talking about setting fundamentals. he explains where the power comes from when you set the ball
Also you can use a medicine ball to train hand strength
Kai has exponential growth in his volleyball skills

The net height is 2.43 meters as much as I know
