No, it started as a 8 ton semi track Sdkfz 7 (see 7:20 - 8:15) . The armored cab is a conversion : 8 ton semi track Sdkfz 7/1 20mm Flakvierling. With a 3.7cm Flak 37 it would be a Sdkfz 7/2. The 8 ton semi track Sdkfz 7 looks like a "Famo" (3:15 - 4:20) but is smaler. The "Famo" is a 18 ton semi track vehicle Sdkfz 9 and bigger. I hope I could help. ;-)
@@Red-rl1xx seen the militracks show this year, didn't spot the king tiger. I assume the newly paint king tiger is currently in French Tank Museum. but those good looking FAMOs most certainly come from Overloon

It was possibly at the Militracks military vehicle show in Overloon, Netherlands that they have every spring.

This is in Normandy at the Overlord museum. (June 80th anniversary of D-day).
