@Malcolm311-this was a special episode of the classic children's show "Sigmund and the Sea Monster" which was on the air in the early to late 1970's. I'm old enough (age-wise as I was born in the early 70's) to remember watching the show but not this particular episode as I believe it aired when I would've been too young but my oldest sister remembers this episode!! I moreso remember the Locker's from watching them on Soul Train!!!
When I was little I always thought the lockers were clowns no disrespect I do love their dance style huge fan to this day.
