Should start a small patch of saffron crocus. It flowers twice a year and will slowly get thicker. Free saffron at that point, and it's fairly maintenance-free. Not to mention, it's the most expensive spice in the world while the flower bulbs are fairly inexpensive in bulk. Everything else looks solid.
i think all of us...gardeners experience that failure..of planting and nothing comes up or die...next season same thing,...then try again and by the fourth time seems like nature is telling us "u stick to it...i will be kind this time around" and all of the sudden things start growing and with that more lessons to learn. very nice projects u have going on...
what a cool video, what a cool person. i live on long island and this is super inspirational, who knew you could grow so much in a backyard
Mullen was used by the Natives as TP, but you can also smoke it or ingest parts to be used as a mild pain reliever.
