Presence of anime characters
Okay, since there's definitely a raging wildfire within the replies, let me more clearly explain my point where it's more visible:
Anime characters go directly against Smash's core essence and idea: fighting games about video game characters beating each other up. Anime characters, by definition, don't _belong._ It stops being Super Smash Bros. when you put them in it. It's not about whether Sakurai likes anime enough or whether it's a specific anime character. They don't _belong_ in the first place. Smash is a celebration of video games. Not anime.

Like honestly, the Kirby inhale part was just something fun you can do with your friends. Not really for competitive play. A lot of people have been calling me out on that.
Ok. When pichu hits 50 he goes into a discharge state with more advantages than weaknesses. His specials and f-smash have more killpower, the thunderbolt move bounces you up into a state of which you can jump out of and do another thunderbolt for an infinite recovery, Side special, while giving more recoil, is instantly charged, up b is really the only thing that is worse in pichu’s discharge state. It is meant to be used when you know you aren’t going to plummet to your death as a kill move. F-smash range and kill power is strongly increased. And dee does have bad matchups. He isn’t OP but he is at least mid-high tier.
Edit:oh and neutral b stuns.

Falco's down air last for a decent amount of time, does good damage, and sends your opponents flying down at high speed, not to mention it's tough to counter. Plus, he can jump high, and the move is easily spammable, making him busted as well

the kirby and meta knight thing never happens on competitive stages, also players can deal with tails' up-b, there was clearly parts when bowser could've attacked him. pichu might have a bad up-b but that's what his down-b and side-b are for at 50%.
i have one thing to say: low lv bots can't D.I
melee Jiggly puff can kill at 0-10% depending on character.
Don't forget the stage. Every character dies on Yoshi's, but most won't die until at least 30% on Dreamland.
In ssf2 Jigglypuff can up throw rest kill most characters in that range.
If it's a kill move, it's OP.

Great video, but I'd like to add some things: peachs down smash: its basically her melee down smash, brakes shield and takes you from 0-60 if used correctly. Peachs turnips: they fly far and are great gimping tools. Chain grabbing: almost every character can do that, some examples are: mario, peach, zelda, jigglypuff, etc, find out if you're main can do that! That's it😉
Like 90% of the video isn't even listing anything that is considered remotely overpowered. No hard feelings or anything, but it very much seems like you haven't really been to the competitive ssf2 community to discuss broken things and it definitely shows. Not really a bad video but i've seen significantly better videos that has the "SSF2 is Broken" format that for some reason are even less popular. However for the next video, here are some actual common samples of broken things in SSF2 for the next video:
- Pac-Man, anything about him is busted eventhough he's not even the best char tbh.
- Wario can get 60-80% guaranteed off of chomp on anyone that is a fastfaller while having chomp to waft being a real guaranteed kill confirm. Also grabs beat attack so it makes Chomp actually useable in neutral.
- Luigi's Nair. Comes out frame 2, kills at 100, combo starts into literally anything, combo breaks, neutral tool, late hit guarantee combos into sweetspot up-b, no landing lag, etc.
- Kaioken Goku's Back-Throw psuedo infinite
- Ness's Broken Dash Attack (Possibly F-Air too but at least that move has landing lag)
- Chibi Robo's Down-B
- Bowser being able to consistently upthrow downair opponents up until 60 where up-throw to up-air is a thing that kills.
- Meta Knight's ladder, it's almost as good as prepatch MK's smash 4 ladder which is dumb. (Mentioning his jab was an alright decision, but its def not the most jank part about the character)
- Captain Falcon's Falcon Punch being safe on shield.
- Captain Falcon's Knee always hitting with the sweetspot for the first two frames of the move while also confirming into upthrow and nair almost guaranteed.
- Falco's ability to constantly trade with dair alongside maybe a shoutout to how dumb his lasers are in neutral.
- Kirby's inhale to grab is an actual combo and it allows for some dumb kirbycide shenanigans (Forward-Throw to Side-B is a 50-50 at best and its not THAT busted tbh)
- Kirby's Hammer in the Air is busted completely. Kills at 80 which makes it dumb for trading, disjointed, can be used to retreat given Kirby's air speed, one of the few moves to be safe on shield, and landing with it shortens kirby's hurtbox which makes it nearly impossible to grab him
- Samus's down-b bomb can confirm into Samus's down-air if she touches the opponent
- Luffy's Side-B now being able to win the trade against all attacks, seriously fuck that move.
- The Pac-Ness matchup and the fact that Ness's down-b ignores both fruits and hydrants and he can autowin neutral with dash attack.
- Sora's Up-Air ladder, especially on heavies.
- Marth's Down-Air and the fact that you can actually use it for combos off of a ground move while having super dumb range.
- Peach's Down-Smash
- Sheik now having an actual kill throw confirm off of upthrow upair for some reason FOR A CHARACTER THAT SHOULDNT HAVE THAT
- Zero Suit's Samus's ability to grab the ledge using side-b while still onstage allowing for dumb gimps vs characters with bad recoveries
- Mega Man's Side-B
- The fact that projectiles like Bowser and G&W's neutralb ignores shield
- Chibi Robo's Up-Throw to Up-Air
- Luigi's Up-Air being frame 2, same startup as his nair for some reason while also comboing into up-b guaranteed at around 60-80%. Why is luigi so buffed?
- Naruto's Down-Tilt now meteoring for some reason, this pretty much means that he can autogimp half of the cast that has a multihit low-hitlag recovery.
- Peach's Broken Back-Air hitbox
- Pikachu's Up-Smash. Especially with Thunder being near guaranteed.
- Pichu's horrendous recovery in discharge, especially since his air speed is suprisingly not that good.
- Pit's Back-Throw Chaingrab
- Donkey Kong's Down-Throw chaingrab
- Link's Bomb
- The fact that you can double shorthop Back-Air with Zelda and sometimes hit with the sweetspot TWICE in one shorthop.
- Tails's ability to Up-Throw to Side-B guaranteed at low to mid percents assuming he moves a bit backwards, its stupid for oppressing most characters with bad recoveries.
There's a hell of a lot more to talk about, but these are some ideas.

I know this is quite a while ago, but Ima say this.
New character named Simon. Simon's Nair. Specifically, labding with Simon's Nair. Most notably on Fast Fallers.
Also Fox & Falco in general. Their Shines and everything their Shines can do being most notable. Run or Dash -> Shine Cancel = Keeping your momentum from your Run/Dash when done right. This ends up being really broken for combos of course. Shine -> Jump Cancel Grab on Shield. Fox's Shine Gimping. Shine -> Aerials Shield Pressure. Shine -> Up Smash Shield Pressure (most notably when Shield is low). Multishining for both characters, both on hit and on Shield.
Fox & Falco's Auto Cancel Lasers. Edge Cancelling Up B' & Side B's for both.
Both their Down Airs being hella fasg ans having hella long lasting Spike Hitboxes both for comboing and Edge Guards. Most notably Falco's.
Both their Up Air's being stupid good juggle, combo, and kill moves off the top. More notably Fox's.
Getting hit once, you're now in a cutscene where you're the antagonist getting beat up over and over.

Yoshi can trap you in a constant string of Forward Airs thanks to the game's physics on meteor smashes.
If he hits you with a short hop Fair spike box, you'll bounce up just enough for him to be able to follow up with another no matter what percentage you're at. Even at 999, you barely bounce.

I guess that Luigi and Pichu's side taunts are the only ones that are "useful" (actually any taunt is useful, at least on me. It makes me more nervous and enraged, A.K.A easier). Luigi's down taunt can hurt someone near you, and Pichu's side taunt can hurt him to get 50% of damage.
Neither of Pichu's melee taunts (remember, his taunt changes based on the direction he's facing) self damage

If you hit with the macha-tails thingy while whispy winds is blowing,you can paralize you enemy and do line 100% or more.

I see a lot of areas that are choppy, cut away earlier than intended, points where the video shifts awkwardly, and parts that could be expanded upon or weren't covered very well. It has effort put into it, but that's not saying much when the editing is still fairly lackluster.
Although the part with MK's jab is pretty accurate even with players. My friend once did it to me while I was captain falcon and no move of mine could clank with it or even attack through it. If you can think of an attack of Falcon's you think I haven't tried, I tried it. Though this happened a while ago, so maybe it's better now.

You forgot something important, if Kirby absorbs Luffy, he can do chain grabs until between 100 and 60 percent (F-throw->neutral b -> repeat) Luffy can’t do it because his throws deal to much knock back, unlike Kirby, they have almost no end lag and some knock back, but Luffy’s neutral b can reach it

I have one thing to add to this Falco has a broken down throw. He can down throw do a 1,2 jab and regrab and keep doing it over and over until around 200%.

Okay lemme say some things about this video's quality. Your editing skills are on point, and you could definitively get somewhere with this stuff. But.... at least half of the jokes in here aren't true. Every infinite is wrong, because you were playing against cpus. They don't jump, DI, or do anything. I hope you realise that almost nothing in this video was true.
Not saying you are bad at all, but... next time you do something, play with actual people and it will be MUCH more enjoyable.

Something else that is broken is that Luigi can shield if he stops running but he moves. He can also do a down tilt, jab, probably etc if timed correctly.

On the left side of battlefield in ssf2, if you jump up from the ledge and get to the very edge without falling over, then down throw your opponent, it launches them below the stage.

True but I just took footage that I found playing with friends a few days ago, and turned it into a funny video. When I showed this to the discord server, it was all negative. (probably not the best place to advertise my videos.)
Better way to do this was to ask for clips of jank moments etc. from the discord server, because as Indignation said, a lot of this was kinda... eh.

things about sand bag:
At the edge down throw to down air kills at ledge at 0%
Down throw to back air to back air deals a lot of damage and can be repeated all the way to ~60% then you can only land one back air
You can also combo neutral air into a grab if you time it right
Down throw to up air deals a lot of damage, up air also has a lot of hit stun
if the opponent does not DI it is possible to do down throw to up air twice, double jump up air twice, then down b up up air twice
Down throw to forward air kills almost everyone at around 80%
Forward throw is the strongest in the game
Has an infinite recovery, just up b then down b and jump up again
Can Stall for time under the stage by up b then teching when you hit the bottom of the stage.
Rolls quicker then most of the characters in the game AND is quicker then dashing with sand bag
Down air is the strongest spike in the game
Side b carries straight into the blast zone and kills the opponent first
Down smash makes for great edge guard
can be knocked out of up b which still throws out the bomb, so you can up b right before getting hit and might blow up the opponent
Can get any item from neutral b which allows you to:
Get the fan item where you can mash and almost get them stuck there forever
Can get final smash which insta kills everyone
can become invincible to which just spam up b
Unrelated Side note:
Sora can carry everyone into the blast zone with down air
However it is best to carry someone to the edge of the blast zone then down b (fire) them, which kills at any percent
Neutral b combos into itself
Neutral b into down b fire kills early
Neutral b to grab to up throw to down b lightning kills at early percents
Because neutral b launches the opponent towards you, you can probably do a forward smash or sth
Side b down variant combos into down b fire which
Side b up variant combos into down b lightning
Side b combos into down b ice
Down b ice sets up for a neutral b chain
Dash attack into jab is one of the best combo starters in the game

Here is a good chunk of stuff that's ACTUALLY broken
Tech Rolls: Slow and super predictable. They don't even feel like their invincible. Just use an aerial that has good landing lag or tech and do something else
Meteors: These start combos, kill, and have a ton of kill confirms. The only problem is you can jump out of so many of them. But ANOTHER problem is that it feels totally random. E.g., you can jump out of a falco spike at 195% if he hits you from a high place, but one at 40% can kill. It feels totally random
Pac-Man: Honestly, so much can be said about him that I won't say anything. He's good and bad. That's it
Chibi Robo Up Air: SUPER strong, combos from up throw or down throw. No amount of DI can save you from this godforsaken move
Donkey Kong Up B: That vertical height sends you nowhere. Have fun getting spiked at 0!
Peach downsmash: Same as melee. Takes you from 0-50 in a second
DI: This is such a big factor to combos in this game. Getting amazing combos is super rare (0 to deaths don't count). Even kill confirms aren't safe from DI because it can literally ruin your chances. Are you getting comboed? Just hold right!
Falco Recovery: It sucks. I have no clue what they were thinking. Its slow, barely has a hitbox, and incredibly easy to intercept. Fox's is a little better because it goes higher. I know this is how it was forever, but its just bad in this one game. Back then it was manageable at least.
Mario Fireball cancel: Shorthop>Fireball>Fastfall>Repeat. You can slow down many with this.
Luigi Up Air: King of Juggling. You can use up air over and over and finish it off with an up b. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?
Bandana Dee Grab Range: Comparable to Melee Marth. His whole arm stretches out 6 feet from him. Not to mention his suicide throw.
Thats all I got. I am not an expert, but this is some stuff I was able to pick up along the way. Still, insanely fun game.

Luigi in turbo mode is op, just spam Nair and Up air and you'll basically go ultra instinct, also up B and Up air works as well, and it's even deadlier.
